I said the location was not clean and inviting, but only because it is an older auto shop that is crowded with merchandise that has been on the shelves for years. Personnel was friendly - even suggested local Italian restaurants.Mary B.

I have rented from you at least 4 time in the last couple of week. I have to say this was the worst and dirtiest place. The service wasn't nothing to write home about, they seem lazy about showing me where the truck was because they didn't the guy didnt even move from behind the counter. I had to go find it my self and then they never put the dolly in the truck I had to go ask for it and the guy didnt seem to want to do that either. They couldnt even pull the truck out of the super tight space it was in. The place was a dump they had s*** everywhere. No where to really park our car only at the business next store. The last 3 place where awesome loved there service and they cleaned the truck and smelled clean.ROXANNE W.

My pick up location was changed by UHAUL because the truck wasn't at the location where I reserved it. While it was only 3 - 4 miles further than my home, It should have been delivered to the location where I ordered it. This isn't the first time UHAUL has done this to me, and yes, it is extremely inconvenient. Don't make promises you don't intend to keep.William R.

I called and informed uhaul that the dolly was missing from my rental, not only was I charged for the rental of the dolly, but was charged missing equipment charges. This was marked on my reservation and I made a note on the return, the system stated I would get a call and I did not get one. I got a truck that had been wrecked, the passenger door did not close properly, it smelled like pee, and the seats were torn. I picked a virtual truck pickup since the location was to be closed, the door was locked, and system referred me to pickup inside and would not let me do a virtual pick-up. I was on the phone for over 30 mins figuring this out, and uhaul called someone and they unlocked the door so I could get a key. On top of that I even returned the truck with more gas than I received it with. This mistake overdrafted my bank account. I've now had two horrible experiences with uhaul in the past two months, I won't be back as a customer.BRITTANY W.

There was 1 issue that I had with this rental. We got in a accident due to hitting a deer on I20 and so we automatically called the police and also called Uhaul to report the accident. Lucky enough there was minimal damage. The issue was that we was charged an additional $150 for the deductible due to the accident but nobody every told us about this additional charge. We didn't find out about the additional charge until it was deducted out of our banking account and I think that was very unprofessional. I understand having to pay the deductible but it would have been nice to be notified of this. I received a call from a insurance representative and I called the person back but had to leave a message and never heard back from her again. If this happened to someone living on a very tight budget, this could have caused a lot of problems for them. So being considerate of others is what I'm trying to say even in bad situations that pretty much uncontrollable.VINCENT G.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I booked online and when i checked out the insurance was added and I did not realize it. I was not sure if that was done by the website or by the actual pick up location. They were helping me connect trailer and I just signed it without realizing the insurance was added. I was in a hurry and it is my fault for not looking until i got on the road but i purposely denied the insurance when I made the reservation online because my company covers any rentals. Other than that, it was a great experience as usual.Eric S.

Being associated with an other business it seemed a bit congested. However, where the trailer was when I picked it up was very easy to access. Now that I have a good did on the location and site, next time should be fine. The pre check in was fantastic. It took less than 8 minutes for paperwork and hooking up the trailer. Good job Bumper to Bumper. I was disappointed that I was charged damage ins since when I reserved I declined it.Stephen C.

This location was unable to fulfill my reservation for a cargo van but go me no indication of this in advance. They out me in a 10' truck but still made me pay for the 10' truck rather than giving me the rate of the cargo van to rectify the situation. Also the furniture pads they gave me have car oil on them and the cab of the truck smelt like urine. I filed a complaint with Uhaul so I hope to hear back from a Uhaul manager soon.Ashlyn L.

The first unit was damaged and very old. I had to ask to switch to a newer unit. They had trouble figuring out how to refund me the difference in tax rates. I was disappointed in that I spent more than 30 minutes there after I did all my registration online. The units were literally parked in a ditch and had to be pulled out to be inspected.LeRoy B.
