I pay that much money for a truck that almost broken down doesn't run right check engine light on and you pay more in gas if it's not running righ

David C.For improvements I highly recommend for your 6x12 trailers that you put a jack on the front of it. The trailer I rented did not have that jack and to try and lift it to get it hitched is hazardous and could cause serious injury. Also, even though that trailer sat very low so as to make loading easier it was still difficult to load heavy objects into the back of it. I recommend ramps for this. Other than that the customer service was fantastic and they answered all my questions. I would recommend them again

I don't know if I am being unreasonable or not. It wasn't a really bog deal but it seemed like a safety issue for me loading my car on it. I kind of expected to be able to grab it and go. Remind him to test the lights before people drive off. He forgot.

Then he quickly hooked up the trailer and checked to be sure all of my signal lights were working properly. Drop off was just as convenient and easy. ALAN C.Uhaul.com needs to seriously improve the accuracy of its availability. I booked two trailer rentals at preferred locations, neither actually had the equipment, and a local Uhaul rep called to tell me I had to go to locations a considerably far distance away from where I originally booked. Finally, the rep did find something nearby, but it was not the size I was hoping for. This is the 2nd time this year I have had an experience like this. However, the location I did pick up from was and has always been one of the better locations to do business with. Great customer service.
Ryan S.I reserved the trailer to pick up 2 miles from home. They called the morning I was to pick it up and said it wasn't available. I had to go to another location 12 miles out of my way to get a trailer. There was not even an apology. The trailer I used was fine but the customer service wasn't that great.

Lolita S.I would never recommend Uhaul to anyone. I actually would warn them about your company. The quality of the truck and your check in process were ridiculous. I arrived at the pickup location at 7:50am and didn't leave till 9:10am. I also barely got the van out of its parking spot as it was iced in. Poor Service!

Matthew S.BEWARE!! UHaul is using a new hitch locking mechanism that is unsafe. It does not secure the trailer arm to the ball. The trailer came off the hitch, dragging on the safety chains, three times within the first five miles. I returned it for a trailer with the old-style screw-down lock.

aleksandr S.Tires were dry rotted and not correct for the load. U-Haul is using cheap tires on there equipment. Tire blew out the side wall in two miles under load. I have spoke to few tires shops about your tires on these trailers and they all have nothing good to say.

Mary F.I arrived on time for pickup, but the mobile login said my equipment was not reserved. So I went inside and nobody was there! The employee (only one on duty?!) was out back unloading a truck. So I waited 20 minutes just to get my truck keys! It made me late to my next destination and threw me off schedule a lot. So no, I would NOT recommend this location unless they can actually have an employee in the store during open hours!!
