Thomas E.Attendant was rude, I did specify her to use my lock key facing down and she installed key hole up and I just couldn't open the lock and she just walked away from me and said that the Uhall in Florida would figured out how to remove the lock… luckily the owner of self lock storage was kind enough to cut my key so I would be able to remove the lock and he also noticed that the cable harness was cut and he called the Uhall agent to bring another cable harness so the light would work on the trailer.

David C.I feel like I was overcharged. I moved from Alabama in January I paid 345.00 with a deposit of $100.00 included I paid 151.00 when I got the truck and additional 273.00 when I returned it. I'm trying to see why it was high and I was in state. But I will never rent another one.

JAMES P.Well it was a very good experience with the drop location and use of the vehicle my issue occurred when I returned the truck it was during the gas crisis and couldn't find any gas for miles. I called the 1800 number talked to rep that reassured me that all would be taken care of. Upon receiving the bill the gas issue wasn't resolved and I still was charged for moving pads I didn't get. I called a rep again with the receipt and was told I needed to await a call from a district manager?... If the customer service representative is the only contact with customers she or he should be able to adjust bills and accommodate clients. Not send them to 2 more people I didn't get the call from another manager but did get a accurate bill and will continue using u-haul for all my needs. I also would like to start a corporate account if possible. Gracias.

MICHAEL H.Brakes squeaky wheels out of alignment. 1/4 tank worth of gas. Instructions to get keys were incorrect. Because of that I had to pay movers for extra time.too many wrong things to recall?just horrible!!

JEFFREY B.Small issues with the retuned. We didn't see the return box behind the vehicle that block the garage. Tried to send phone location when we were at the drop off address, it was down. So I had to come back the next morning.

RODRICK S.I had to drive 10 miles out of my way extra to pick up from this location. This was not the location that my original rental was done. I also was given a much larger truck that was made my move much more difficult.I was not happy with the size of the truck or the extra distance.
