There was trash and loose change in the vehicle. The gas was also left at just over a quarter of a tank. I would expect a clean vehicle and a full tank if I am paying almost $100 for a rental for only two hours and 65 miles.

Do not use the mobile pick-up option. It would be much faster and easier to just speak to a representative.

Check out is a bit slow at the busy opening time in the morning, but Herb added extra time to return, which is a plus.

The door on our truck was damaged. Not discovered until we were unable to close the door after we loaded it. Called roadside assistance after contacting UHaul and they couldn't fix it either. Took the doors off the cables to get it closed which meant we had to open and close without cables which was hard and potentially dangerous. Also spent 3 hours of a move day trying to get it fixed. After we complained, we did get a $50 credit.

Everyone was sooo very nice to me and my husband, they were awesome.

I’m not sure how the appointments are set up but I was supposed to pick up my truck at 12 pm and didn’t get it until 12:45ish...it was inconvenient that I had to wait and wasn’t offered another truck because I needed to move some stuff by a certain time. I didn’t receive a small reimbursement but I am dissatisfied with the service.

Windshield crack was not noted in an earlier inspection and when I returned vehicle I was accused of breaking windshield. I called location that I rented from and he basically told me it wasn't his problem and passed me off on a regional office. Terrible customer service. Also gas reading was not accurately recorded and I was informed that I returned the vehicle was returned with less gas then when rented, which required me to make another bunch of phone calls in order to avoid a refueling cost.

Make sure staff at location is fully trained and know how to deliver the services . Of the times I’ve used Uhaul this occasion was by the far the worst experience with the company . Calling in to reserve was difficult and picking up took way longer than it should have and the onsite person could not explain the equipment substitution charge and did not explain the details of the fuel credit .

The assocate was rude and unprofessional. He is not properly trained to use the computer system. He could not complete the equipment pickup and dumped his frustrations on me. Furthermore he swiped my credit card twice which is kind of suspicious to me. My credit card is on file in my account. This is my first time at this location and was disappointed.

The online pickup using the software was not a good experience. I had to get help for the pickup and now having issue with the billed amount. I would definitely use the store service for my next U-Haul rental.
