The service was great. Quick and easy and I paid exactly what I expected. No hidden fees. Easy going staff. Truck was immediately available. Return was easy and hassle free. And again paid exactly what I expected too. Highly recommended.

Out of the way location, the cost of the 19.95 price certainly skyrocketed when you have to travel multiple miles just to get to your moving location. Total price of almost 52.00 was far from the advertised price. Otherwise they were pleasant and had the truck ready before time.

Very uneventful experience. The ""keep it green" gauge on the dash helped me to achieve an average MPG of 15+, which was 3 MPG higher than the published MPG of 12. Proprietor at Bristol Motors was fast and efficient. Pick up and drop off was a breeze.

I was overcharged by more than $200 on my transaction. I asked two times for a receipt, both times I was told that I would be receiving one via email in 5 minutes. It took over an hour to get the email. I was charged $267 instead of $64. I emailed the location and never received a response. I contacted customer service 3 times to dispute the overcharge. They said that the location called and left a message both times. I never received a call or voicemail. I am now contacting the BBB to dispute the overcharge. DO NOT GIVE THIS U-HAUL LOCATION YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!!

I ordered a 15 foot truck and what U-haul calls a 15 does not have 12 feet of floor space. The "attic" is barely 2 feet long. Because of this, we had to make 2 trips.

When I attempted to rent a 15' truck in Madison, I understand that the nearest one available was in the Columbus area. It's out of the way.

Great service. Willing to help when lights on trailer would not work. It turned out that the fuse on my Honda Pilot for trailer lights was blown. Replaced fuse and was able to get on my way.

Personal and service at pick up and drop location good; would recommend. Service via 1-800-GO-U-HAUL bad. Called to change drop off location. Transferred to people who could not help, 40 minutes on hold until call was dropped.
