The truck was dirty in the cabin and in the back. Someone had used it for hauling yard debris or mulch and it stunk. I had to sweep it out multiple times, spray it with deodorizer, and let it air out. Additionally, the employees ignored me the first couple times I tried to return it. Do not use this location.

I received the truck on E. The truck seemed as if it needs to have maintenance done on it. It was hard to drive. The brake lights in the rear were out. The turn signal was not visible in the rear.

This U-Haul location shares with a convenience store where they were more interested in selling hotdogs then jumping onto my U-Haul contract. The first gentleman was an experience with the iPad and kept deleting the information then the owner stepped in and finish the process quickly. However the auto transport was buried a foot deep in the dirt and the owner didn't come out to the very end to make sure the equipment was hooked up properly and assist with anything

Get everyone on the same page when I picked up my truck I rented it for one way when I went take it back the guy on the phone told me his notes said I had to take it back to grantville dc which was not the way it was I delivered it back to Aiken self storage right down from where I moved to jus sayin thank you for your service Mary solomon

Multiple fraudulent charges - outright criminal activity from U-Haul. First your location delayed me getting my truck past my rental time, which caused delays in our schedule leading me to getting back 45 minutes late on an 8 hour rental. They then TRIPLED my rental rate, added extra rental insurance, and falsified the fuel charges. You are claiming on my receipt that I drove 30 miles and needed 6 gallons of gas, which is 5 miles per gallon. The last time I used this place, they charged me for the next larger truck than I reserved. I let it go because it was only $10. This time you changed my bill from $70 to $200. I will be telling everyone I know about your illegal business practices, and I'll make damn sure that it costs you a lot more than the $130 you stole from me.

Walked up to turn in the key, guy meets in the parking lot and says he'll take it from there, no inspection to verify that there was no damage, just said if get an email later explaining any additional charges. No email, but new charge for over on miles. Waiting to see if I get charged more…. Terrible experience overall on the receiving and returning ends.

AC on truck did not work at all. Very dissatisfied that I had a truck with no air conditioning and I told the pick up store that the mileage was off because it was more miles then allowed. He said i wouldn't be charged and yet you did.

The staff was not helpful at all, I arrived to rent a trailer and they said “just do the reservation online”. I was already in the store, I had to stand in this convenience store and fill out everything on my phone. They acted like I was more a hassle than a customer.

Here I never could get the 24/7 system to work.No matter where I went on the property, it told me I was not at the right location. Fortunately, the gentleman inside was very nice and helpful & checked us in through his equipment.

Get another site. They were way too busy to handle things. Also I was not happy with the trailer checkout, the person doing the checkout told me my running lights were good, but they didn't work at all. I had to delay my moving until the next day. Thanks U haul!

I had many issues with this rental. 1. They did not have the size truck I ordered 2. The uhaul location was changed to another over 6 miles away than the location I ordered it from 3. They did not have a furniture dolly that I rented, and gave me a regular dolly instead 4. I stood and waited for 30 minutes while the attendant tried to figure out how to enter the information in her tablet I had to drive an extra 12 miles(6 miles each way) out of my way to pick up a wrong size truck, which costs me almost dollar a mile plus gas. I rented a furniture dolly, and the lady had no idea what one was, just gave me a regular dolly said that's all she has. I needed that furniture dolly. A regular dolly was useless and just got in the way, yet I still paid for this tool useless to me. I had to go to Home Depot to buy one myself for 20 bucks. Overall, I am not satisfied and will not be renting from that location again and probably not uHaul since your system is who sent me to that crappy location in the first place.
