Local folks were fine but CORPORATE! Not so much. I had to rent a van three times to accomplish my task and the first two times no biggie. But, for some highly irritating reason, the third time I reserved a vehicle I received several urgent text messages saying I had to download software and take a photo of my drivers license or risk forfeiting my rental. The shop already had a copy from the previous rentals AND the address to which I was to hand over my valuable personal information was â€œhttp:â€ not a secure â€œhttps:â€ address We will look for alternates the next time we need to rent a van.donna P.

The truck was filthy inside and outside. Prior driver drove thru elderberry bushes or similar. The inside wreaked of smoke and the front window inside and outside was disgusting. The loading deck was full of gravel and dirt. The drive was not smooth at all: The tires were shaking over 50mph. Not an easy drive on the interstate thru Atlanta! Before loading the truck we had to clean the cab, the windows and the loading deck.Sabine H.

I used my phone to drop off the truck. Plenty of room for parking, even for those that don't it can't back up. Just pull through and park. The gentleman that took the key was inviting and thankful.Kenneth H.

I filled gas above where it was needed to be when returned and was still charged $25 for additional fuel. I complained and nothing was done nor did the company care. Won't use U-Haul in the future. Very shady business practice!!!Candace D.
Not related to this location. But you cannot send me an email saying â€œas discussed and agreed, this is your return locationâ€ when we neither discussed nor agreed to the location. And then make me sit on hold for 15 minutes to then have to call a different number, in order to change my drop-off. Well, apparently you can and did, but that is unacceptable customer service. This return location (which I wanted and made you switch to) is great.CHAD R.

When I returned the truck, the gentleman checking me in noticed that the fuel tank was only at 7/8 of a tank and was going to charge me an additional $22 to fill it up. I explained to him that I it only had 3/4 tank when I picked it up and showed him the response from U-Haul where I uploaded photos to the app when I checked out the truck. It had been two days and it still wasn't updated in their system. He updated the necessary paperwork and I wasn't charged. I returned the truck much cleaner than I got it!James F.

I liked this location to return the u haul trailer. The guy came right out and assisted me on where I needed to park the trailer. I liked that there was a good amount of room to maneuver and back the trailer in. Overall I'm very pleased with this location and u haul.DAWN W.

When dropping off the truck it had a little less than a 1/4 tank reading on the fuel gage even though we were told to drop it off on empty. It was very upsetting to find out U-Haul charged my credit card additional fee for bringing the truck back with more fuel in it than when we picked it up. This is certainly not the best way to treat a good paying and loyal customer. Everyone that represents U-Haul needs to be on the same page and they should reimburse me for the extra fees billed to my card for the fuel. Please let me know if this is actually being taken seriously and if someone with U-Haul is going to get in touch with me about this problem.William J.

If the person is in the, Military, or a Veteran, then the, Military discount should be applied. After all, IT IS ADVERTISED with a 15% discount, but when we called to make the reservation, the woman at, 1800-GO-UHAUL, said differently. Pretty pathetic & next time, we will go to another rental.james S.
When I got into the rental it smelled like smoke. I tried to call back to location. But no one answered. I took pictures of the windows which looked like ashes had burnt the edges. The renter never came out to the vehicle to check it before I drove it. Just gave me the keys.Amy M.

The uhaul app is worthless. At the pickup location, having uploaded DL info the day before, it is cold, app asks me to take DL pictures again. Apo will not take my picture, which means I cannot complete the pickup. This uhaul location is closed on Saturday. The chat person turns out to be useless. I tried uhaul.com on my phone and managed to get through it, get the truck, but what a frustrating and disappointing experience. Remember someone has likely arranged several events and people's schedules assuming they get the truck. I give zero credibility to the uhaul app. I am using a latest edition, fully updated Samsung Note 10 Plus. I will never trust the uhaul app or rent from a location that is not open when I need to pickup. This has nothing to do with the location. The truck, the key boxes were just as described when I called them the day before to confirm. This is clearly with uhaul the corporate franchisor...I will let the local franchisee know of the awful experience.Mark H.
