My review is of corporate not Blue Hills although they made mistakes too. I rented a truck on Thursday for pickup from Blue Hills because I only had to go across the street to my storage unit and then I get a text saying I have to go 30 miles up the road to get my truck in Prescott. I called Blue Hills and they said corporate can override their reservation. That is totally unexceptable!! My business is as important as anyone else's so why should I be the one shuffled off to Timbuktu? Very disappointed in Uhaul.ANN M.
The online pick up the truck feature took alot longer than it would have taken by just going inside when I first arrived at the store. I still had to wait in line to get my key even though it says to skip the line and just show the phone to the agent and grab the keep. The whole process was around 30 minutes which then ate into my rental time. 20 mins checking in and getting validated online, 10 more minutes waiting in line. This store gets busy so that's why we chose the online checkin.Alfredo L.

Truck was not clean and did not have a full tank of gas. Uhaul told me they had added miles onto my rental at no cost, assuring me I would have 146 miles however I did not and only received 126 and had to pay additional money.MAURIANN R.

The worst and most unprofessional experience o have had with a truck rental company. Cannot believe how inconsiderate and lazy everyone I had to deal with was, from u haul traffic, to the locations gm, to the 1-800 call center. Terrible experience.Patrick G.

We were charged for insurance by the 1-800 agent without my knowledge or consent. Eileen at the Blue Ridge location was going to reverse the charge but apparently didn't. She wasn't there when we returned the trailer yesterday so have not followed up yet. We still need the $8 charge reversed.JOEL G.

Truck ran great/ except when we got into Texas the AC would only work when it wanted too. And the release straps on the car hauler for the front tires wouldn't release. Spent an hour trying to get them loose in the heat!! Not Happy GARY P.

I don't understand how the reservations work but the dewey location was kind and knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. Initially someone from the Prescott location changed my pick up location and when I asked why that female was extremely rude and did not care about my situation. When I called back to see if my pick up location could be changed because I could literally see the truck, the male who answered at the prescott location was kind and helped me right away.MELISSA K.

Person had no clue how to assign the trailer even though we'd reserved and arranged everything on line. It took a full hour to simply pick up a trailer. We'd driven 7-hours, just to end up in an hour of confusion. The trailer was OK but had no brakes. Dirty facility and restrooms were closed! I would NEVER use this location again!DAVID B.

Gas station with no respect of COVID Mandates. Very uncomfortable and had to wait for locals to get taken care of with the gas station and talking before I was even acknowledged. Took 2 hours no one wore masks. Truck was filthy. Very disappointed with uhual with this move. I had to travel an hour to get a truck that was reserved locally. Will not refer or use anymore. Complaint: Your app showed a 7:30 pickup time. When I got there (a convenience store/gas station/UHaul rental place) the clerk said that UHaul rentals could not be processed until 9 a.m. I hired a guy to help me unload starting at 9 so I lost time because I had to go back, get the truck and lose about a half an hour. SUGGESTION-Make sure your app lines up with when the rental facility is actually open.JOSEPH R.
