Use more dependable movers. The movers selected, cancelled on me less than 24 hours before they were due to arrive. I confirmed the date and time with them 48 hours in advance when they called me. I then received a text message the night before the move and They said they had another job at that same time now and discarded me as if my appointment did not matter to them. While everything with the truck rental went very well, the selection of movers from your site served to be a disaster that could have resulted in me paying more to keep the truck longer and that is horrible service.Dutchas P.

The attendant was sleeping when I got there. He was curt and blatantly unwilling to help. Wouldn't inspect the truck status with us but billed a $25 cleaning fee upon return even though we cleaned the truck before and after use. Will not return to this location.momnica W.

First, the office was not open - as was disclosed. This should not have been a problem but the trucks were wedged together so tightly that I as a 5'6 - 160lb man could not get into the truck. My mother, a 4'10 - 98lb woman had to squeeze in to get to the truck. Once in the truck, we could not locate the keys. After inquiring via phone we were told they were in a lockbox. After searching the grounds for 35min, the owner l pulled into the lot. He did not greet us or acknowledge his tardiness. I had to ask if he worked for Uhaul. When he said that he did, I asked about the keys for the truck and he said I needed to go to the lockbox. I asked where the lockbox was and he sent me to an obscure part of the property at the entrance of the lot versus near where the trucks were. As I went to the lockbox, he entered the office building. I went to the lockbox and tried to get in - but the service said I needed to get the key from the office as it was open. I walk to the office and the operator essentially shoved the keys into my hand. I say aloud - â€œso the keys were never in the lockbox?!â€ He rudely chuckles and doesn't respond. He doesn't offer to get the truck out from being wedged in - even after asking. He grabs a few items from the office and leaves with a friend who pulled up in another truck. Delicately, we manage to get the truck out and proceed on our way to our move - 1hr after our reservation began. While Uhaul opted to extend the rental time for no charge - the customer service was so terrible at this location, that I'd think it would be better for their brand to disassociate themselves - as this operator was frankly one of the rudest people I've ever met. My mother, who rarely curses even said â€œwhat a jackass.â€ Upon return of the vehicle, instead of asking if everything went okay, the owner yelled at me for parking where I did (there was no other safe place to park without potentially damaging the truck or other property). He then didn't check me in and when I noted that I needed to leave he gruffly told me to leave the keys and he'd â€œget around to it.â€ My mother was right - this guy is a jackass. And I'd never do business with this vendor EVER again.Christopher C.

Seems like the prices are made up my brother just needed a uhaul for one day I believe the 29.95 rate one and he wanted to return it at another location and they tried to charge him $200 + and the windshields needed to be replaced on the uhaul and the tires needed some air I don't ever plan on getting another uhaul everkeona Y.

The attendant was not friendly. I felt like I was interrupting him. The hours of operation were odd. This was not the location I chose when I reserved my truck online. I was contacted by UHAUL and told I needed to go to this location. He charged me a after hours charge for me returning the truck on Sunday at 10a because he is closed on Sundays. This is the reason why I select my uhaul locations so I am present when I receive the bill. I never do drop off or mobile. I will be contacting UHaul corporate office.Tammy M.

The truck was left unlocked. The door did it close all the way and in park the truck would roll if the emergency break was not on. I was also charged for a appliance dolly and furniture dolly and they were not in the truck. You can see this in my return photo. Someone was supposed to contact me, but not one call or email.Erik N.

Employee was rude and very unprofessional. He told me about one issue regarding the truck and instead I had another issue. I confirmed what time the store closed because I wanted to be sure to get truck back so that I wouldn't have to leave keys in the drop box and he left before closing time. He wasn't too concerned about the issue I had and once I called him it told me it wasn't his problem, what do I expect him to do and told me to have a nice day and hung up. First, pay attention. ( someone gave me the wrong key for the truck) ended with an hour delay to my trip. Second, the chat option ( the person ) is taking for ever to respond. * over all due to one mistake ( the wrong key to a different truck) I spent an hour outside in the cold weather, and called maybe 4 times to customer service to fix all the mistakes happend to be able to get my truck and go. I was charged 5 days rental for 4 days. I picked it up on Friday 1/22 and dropped it off 1/26. I would have dropped it off on saturday but the location closed at 4 and there wasn't an after hours drop off. The location was also closed on sunday so I'm actually being charged for the locations lack of customer service/hours. I was given the wrong address, spent an hour and a quarter of a tank of gas before I got to the right location. The gentleman was not there when I arrived and was VERY rude to me. I'm sorry if he was pissed off, I was an hour late, but it hadn't been a great morning for me either. He asked for my license, I gave it to him, then I told him that my husband was going to be the one driving, he proceeded to throw my license at me. I will NEVER use U Haul again. Frankly, I am pretty pissed off that you got over $100 from me!!janice R.

The lot is very small and makes it awkward to get in and out of. Maybe some form of entrance/ exit markings to help. The workers were great, they got everything ready to go in no time and even explained how to use the equipment. The size and location aren't great, but the staff makes up for that.Danner N.

This was my first time using a uhaul. I can't remember the mans name but he was beyond rude and gave me a terrible experience. He was not welcoming and gave me half ass answers. Almost make me not want to ever get a uhaul ever again. Also as he was leaving he almost ran the over my cousin. He was in such a rush that he didn't give me the full instructions on how to return the uhaul. I understand if you're having a bad day but you don't take that out in your customers! Worst customer service I have EVER experienced!! The gentleman that assisted us was as unpleasant and unwelcoming as any individual could be!! Moving is already a stressful situation, this guy made it a piss poor experience. Then, to add insult to injury, UHAUL charged me for TWO DAYS, and I'm still fighting to get my money refunded. I contacted them to advise, we would go a little beyond the time the truck was to be back. I was advised it was OK, and to check the truck in via my smartphone. Never once was a double charge mentioned!!! Going further, we had to climb over a fence to return the keys to some invisible drop box!!! Make the late return process easier. I was not told about checking the truck in online and I returned it at 6:28pm. I did not find out about the online return until about 7pm, then had to try and do it in the freezing rain and dark...I gave up and just had my son in law drop the key in the drop box.Jamie R.

Stated the vehicle was filthy in the back and upon inquiring about the 3 leaves and a small twig that was present if that's what he meant we were met with disgust and no answer but a threat of an additional $25 being added for cleaning. At that point we grabbed the broom and swept those miniscule things out to close our return just upon leaving to see the gentleman sweeping the truck again. We were sent to a different address for a 1030 pickup but the shop was closed. We proceeded back to our original reservation address to find out they did not have what we needed. We were upgraded to a bigger trailer but it was not clean and was not well maintained. The shop owner was not friendly. Have equipment ready at the location requested on the reservation.
