I could not speak with a person to reserve a truck so we had to do it online. We reserved a truck from a different location online but when someone finally got back to us there were not any there available. There were no trucks big enough even though we previously reserved a larger truck. Had to move a 4 bedroom house in a 15’ truck which meant a lot more km’s added. We were given a discount to remedy this, but I feel that if u-haul was better organized in general people would know what is available where and when. The 24/7 pick up was supposed to take 10-15min and took 45 minutes for them to verify us. We had to call the number on the back of the truck. The truck was clean and the representatives that I spoke to were kind and tried to be helpful.

Good morning where to start let's see Bad day started August 12th pick up my U-Haul truck 26-footer . I have to pick it up on Cumberland Street at Blackfoot bait at 4 they said I have to use a U-Haul app share so I did logged in did not work called you guys 12 times this app was not going through I lost two and a half hours of moving you finally log me in on your end to get this truck going it was 6:30 . The only thing good was the 2 day move. So with this problem I should be compensated with this problem of this app I like to deal with customer service face-to-face and hand me the key.rating out of 5 is going to be 1 bad sorry about that . Worst experience ever. The electronic sign in didn't work. I wasted 1.5 hrs waiting and talking to Uhaul on the phone. Sign in never did work. I WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICE AGAIN. I RATE THIS COMPANY-5 stars

Couldn't ask for better customer service. Rented there twice in one week wish there was some sort of recurring customer discount but will rent there again... Guaranteed

After using truck share on my phone, I got to the key part and had a lot of difficulty getting the key from the bait shop. The issue was that the person working there was not a uhaul representative and couldn't give me the key. It would have been better if the key was in a lock box. Also, the oil light was on in the dash the whole day. Needs an oil change.

Service was excellent. The woman was helpful especially when we ran into some booking issues. She happily went above and beyond to see what she could do for us. I will absolutely use Blackfoot's Bait again, and I highly recommend :)

For the next customer, you should be clear on your rates. I called for a reservation and was told that it would cost me 29.99/day. I rented the trailer for one day. Picked it up at 3:45 PM and returned it the following day at 2:45 PM. Imagine my surprise to learn that the cost was 92.00. They said because I was going out of the city? My mileage of total move was 120 KM return. It was returned to the same location. I was disappointed in this cost. At least if I had known the cost when reserving the trailer, I could have done something different. At the time, I had no other choice.

The doors were dirty,when l picked up the truck.I was charged $25.00 for cleaning, and offered to clean it as l returned the truck 30 min. early. And l'm sure l told the owner l used it to pick up dirt and sod. But the owner never told me to make sure the truck was clean. She was only concerned about me bringing it back late(as l would be charged for another day.(which l never did).The original contract never mentioned the cleaning cost.

The people at Blackfoot’s we’re great. I wish I could say the same for the self serve system. I will never use it again period. I will not attempt to go thru a terrible verification system and then be requested for a reference. Of course he was at work...SURPRISE! My mind is full of words to describe my experience with your system but I will not use them.

Christine was very helpful and helped us to resolve a problem that Head Office was not able to correct. She went out and found the vehicle for me so that I can use it. Christine is awesome!
