On set-up for pick-up, online said to pick-up trailer at 9:00 am. Facility was open at 7:00 am. It would have been nice if the actual available time were correct. I lost 2 hours waiting for the online time given me by U-Haul. Still my overall rating of the rental agency and Joe, my representative, is excellent.

The truck had existing damage that had not been noted by Uhaul, it would have been helpful to have that damage noted.
