Truck was dirty in of box truck had to sweep out ! I did not want to pick up truck there I wanted another location but Uhaul had me going to different places for equipment ! Not happy also the auto transport was in another location to pick up and when I got to my house to load up the auto transport was broken strap ! Not happy MICHAEL C.
When we picked up the trailer it still had items in it from the previous renter. (a dest, a cabinet, trash) When I went in to tell the associates about it they informed me to just dump it somewhere, just not there. It was a huge innocence to have to due that especially since they probably charged the previous renter a cleaning fee. I didn't get to charge them a cleaning fee to do their work for them. I DO NOT recommend this location.Derek W.
Had an 8:00 appointment to pick up my truck. The guy who takes care of the rentals did not show up until 8:40. No apology. Did not care that he caused me a delay in my move. Got charged $40 because we returned the truck about 4 hours late. Because of the issue with the pick up, I would appreciate that $40 being refunded.Alexander H.

The service was horrible from that location and the truck was dirty with equipment still in back as well as the truck wasn't ready and had no gas in it. I also was charged for bringing it back the way I received it.MESHOEL B.

Customer service was terrible. Clerk called me a derogatory name in Spanish to other employee. I speak Spanish. No parking for your own vehicle. Has to be parked across the street which still isn't secure.Edgar R.

Tried to call the Belvedere site 3 time to announce that I needed to pick up the truck later than planned. Once I got there; it took too long with the paperwork. I wasn't able to scan front and back of license; seemed that this was a stall tactic since the store was very busy and manager was a able to process everything without the scan. I wasn't able to use my credit card outside at the pump to fill up the truck b/c customers were re-directed to pay inside. After telling the manager to take $10 off my card, he only took off $5 then told me I was short. My son was late for his meeting because of these Shenanigans. For a quality customer exprience, I feel that better communication is need at this location.Marylynn K.

The tire pressure was not saftey inspected and I had to take care of that myself prior to leaving the pickup location with no assistance from plenty of staff available to assist. I was alone, it was dark, and it would have been helpful to actually have some assistance from plenty of men standing around.Amanda S.
This place is scandalous. Take pics of everything including the gas. They tried to get me for $30 in fuel and $37.50 service fee. Now, had I not taken pics of the fuel gauge I would have been stuck with this extra charge. Uhaul needs to look into this location. I see a gas station making money off of uhaul customers. When I arrived the employees were talking. I asked for help and was told just a minute. The guy had to go clean the truck out. I did not see anyone inspect for damages. I took pictures of what I seen. They said the gas tank was halfway full and it wasn't. It was a fourth of the way full, the light for pulling a trailer was on as well. Again no one inspected it. I took pictures again. And when I went back inside to tell them I was told to go to the site they sent me and dispute it. Which I did.BONITA H.

Better cleaning of vehicle where passengers sit. Uhaul person must be on time for customer and when there, wait on customer before busying self with other store tasks while customer continues to wait longer for service.CYNTHIA G.

The associate I talked to when I dropped my U-Haul off was very rude, dismissive, and was not listening/answering when I asked where I needed to park the truck in order to not block traffic and other cars.Abigail D.

My reservation was at 6:30 via truck share , turns out they didn't set the truck up so I had to wait until they opened at 8. The truck was having so many issues , check engine light , had to jump start whenever we shut it off, had a trackle problem the engine kept racing . It was just a terrible experience oh and don't get me started on how out of alignment it was, when you rent these to people atleast ensure it's in good working order. I'd rate a -10 if it were a possible option.Henry L.

Poorly managed parking area. The layout of the return location did not maximize the use of the space available. Parked trucks were not parked correctly and one took up two spaces. The only available space to us to park, was too narrow for our 15' truck rental, even though we were directed by the person on duty to use it. Person on duty was busy managing both the convenience store, the gas pumps, lottery sales, and my UHAUL return. Even though he was polite, he could not provide adequate direction for the RETURN. He never sent me a receipt like he said he was going to do (I will follow up on that receipt myself)JANE T.

The Van didn't have a full tank of gas, and the mileage on the last rental must have been wrong, or someone used the truck without telling you. I drove a total of 26 mils, but was charged for 50 miles becasue of this unreported use. I have all the docuemntation. Secondly, the van had low tire pressure in both the left and right tire, which I paid $3.00 to fill up. Thirdly, it didn't have a full tank of gas, again because of the unreported use, and I threw $20 in it. Lastly, The uhaul app wouldn't let me upload the picture of the dash with mileage and fuel tank, so I had to stand around there for 30 minutes waiting for a call back from Uhaul. The experience was terrible and I will not be using U-Haul again....Rick N.

Initially, my experience was horrible, the first two individuals did nothing, a serviceman arrived, but never showed, he hung up on me and would not answer my calls or texts. Soon after Another gentleman contacted me and he resolved the problem. I think his name was Eric. The place I rented the vehicle was very helpful, as usual!LARRY S.

Even though I had a "guaranteed" res, they didn't contact me that the U-HAUL size I chose wasn't available and they said it was "like this all month" - I found out when I was there.JONATHAN K.
The customer service was great. I did everything inline the day before and when I got to the location it was smooth sailing. The employee looked up my name and handed me the keys. He told me where to park my vehicle and even helped me pull out out the parking lot with the rental. When I returned the rental, I put $15 of gas in the tank to return the needle to the original position, I handed back the keys, then received a final email with the completed transaction. Great place to rent!Adam H.

They had the wrong starting gas and mileage. So they charged me for 30 miles when I went 5 and $30 fee for not filling back up to starting level when I even filled up over! They said they can't do anything about it and that I had to contact uhual. I've been On the waiting line for 40 minutes with no answer! Not good!Daniel P.
Before going to 901 Belvedere location I had reserved a truck at 4371 Okeechobee Blvd. the service there is extremely poor. This was my second encounter with 4371 and the service is the same. The agent I worked with was not very helpful. I will never return there. My truck was reserved for a 7am pick up and I did not eventually get a truck until hours later and being rerouted to the 901 Belvedere store. I will never use UHaul again.RICHARD B.

Your national call number left us in a pickle when the truck we were supposed to have was not returned on time. The gentleman at this location listened to our needs and set us up with an open trailer that actually worked better for our purposes and cost less. Because he took the time to find what we were moving and how far, our move took half the time we expected. I will always go directly to him from now on!Holly S.

I would absolutely not recommend this location to a friend or family member. The equipment was damaged and needed to be exchanged. The staff we're very hard to deal with and seemed bothered anytime I had an inquiry or question. Also, this location should not even be a U-Haul dealer because they are not set up properly for it... They have no staff to help a customer in a reasonable fashion and the location is extremely tight. The one person who helped me hook up the trailer was very nice however.MOATAZ A.

The employee that processed my rental truck was very rude. He did not explain to me that all I had to do was get a reservation. He just kept saying there were no trucks available. You all need to explain to the customer of a $35 charge for not putting the gas back exactly where it was at when it was received.Shawnta K.
I was promised a 26' truck because other locations did not have a 20' truck as I ordered in mid-October 2021. When I got to location in Lake Worth, Florida, there was no truck at all for me. I was very very upset. The location called this location, Belvedere Mobil, and he had a 20' truck. I then had to make my roommate drive me another 15 minutes to this location. This was very unprofessional on UHaul. I understand it was at the end of the month, a major holiday, and because of the Pandemic. Still, I can not believe there was little to no trucks available.Bruce S.

The location was not where I picked. Uhaul changed my schedule to a place farther away and I had to pay extra mileage for your issues. Got to location for a 1pm pickup and was told it wasn't available until 4pm. Very dissatisfied. I shouldn't have had to pay extra mileage that was farther than my destination. Will never use uhaul again. You should not over sell bookings!!Gary G.
