Very friendly and professional. Made sure everything was connected properly and secure before departure. Explained the overall connection and proper use of equipment before departure. Provided specific instructions on ‘how to’ if there were any issues or needing any immediate assistance during our trip. Definitely a number one location. Location needs a minor face lift, which would make it more appealing to customers and bring more business in. It’s a diamond in the rough location.

Rolando MThe service at this location was great! Unfortunately, the U-Haul app is terrible. I had to call the guys at the location to help. The return portion of the app was a little better. U-Haul must fix this! Get someone to fix your app, the manager at the store was very helpful but it put me behind by an hour. Terrible experience with the app. When I called the 800 number I was on hold for 15 minutes and luckily the location manager called me and assisted. Moving is not fun and this started my day off on the wrong foot. Fix your app, it is 2024 U-Haul.

Bill HThe location wasn't the whole problem. The location was closed when I picked up the truck. The truck was not in great shape and was clearly beat up. The check engine light was on, the driver's seat was all torn up, and the steering wheel was worn to the metal. My biggest complaint is that I was not aware that the 10' truck did not come with a ramp. There was nothing in my reservation that indicated that it did not. I would never have thought to go searching the website to see if it did. I would never have rented a truck that I knew didn't have a ramp. I had a dolly that was rendered nearly useless without one. Everything was harder and took way longer to complete leading to me having to extend the rental and paying extra for an additional day. Why would you ever want a truck that has a nearly 30" clearance and not have a ramp? Who would even think that a moving truck would not come with one? Then when you call customer service all you get told is that the information is available on the website and that you should have looked up what the truck was equipped with. Absolutely ridiculous.

Joel BThe cabin of the 10-ft truck that I rented did not seem clean or well-maintained. When I arrived at the location to pick up the rental, the attendant at the counter was sleeping. After dropping off the van about one-and-a-half hours early, the computer system would not generate an email receipt until after the full reservation had elapsed. A physical printer was not on site to provide a hard-copy receipt. Although my first phone call placed during business hours about the receipt was received, my second two calls were not, and my voicemail was not returned.
David IWhile the customer may clean up behind themselves, I do not believe the employees at this particular location clean the vehicles or maintain them. The truck we recieved had a ripped drivers seat and not a small rip, the padding was coming out. The floor on the passenger side had some sort of hole in it. I feel that these things could be fixed and the trucks could still get years of use.

Jason MI was not given the correct miles I was promised when I made the reservation. When I called to find out what happened the woman was extremely rude to me. She refused to even look into the matter. I needed those 400+ miles to return a trailer I had borrowed but could not return because my father’s car had broken down. You need to train your reps better before you allow them to deal with the public. She claimed she didn’t even know who I made the reservation with even though it was clearly written on the reservation. Very rude, very ignorant. I rented a uhaul to move the rest of my belongings after a house fire and because my dad’s car broke down. This is not the first time I’ve been left with a bad taste from uhaul.
Pamela KThe location was dark with a tiny parking lot. There were no indicators of where to park the truck that would not obstruct the entrance, exit, or building, all of which were requirements in the app. The road to get to the location is also narrow and under construction.

James CPut better tires for a 2500 mile trip and a spare tire for a long distance trip we didn’t have a flat tire but if we did it would’ve been devastating to have a flat tire in the middle of the night 50 miles from nowhere with three little kids two years old four years old and six year old and no tongue jack on the trailer in case you get it loaded at your house and you have to go somewhere before the long trip is a joke whatever policy came up with the cut cost or liability should be another way to better serve customers
