Great U-Haul location for Truck Rental. Very friendly staff, easy in and out. Clean and maintained truck. I've rented from this location twice now in the last seven months and will hopefully continue to get the trucks I need from time to time. Easiest experience ever!

This location doesn't open until 10 CST so we had to drop the trailer off prior to opening, so my daughter could report on time. The owner came out and was not particularly friendly. My daughter and I had to manually move the trailer ourselves.

Woman was rude and not helpful. We arrived 30 min prior to opening and asked when could we drop off, she snapped and said when I open at 10:00 am. The entire drop off exp was cold, rude. Area was dirty, seemed more interested in selling crafts in store. Will never recommend this location. Area has plenty of locations to choose from. Besides who opens a moving company so late in the morning. People want to start early.

I was especially pleased with the level of customer service they offered. I had not rented a truck through the 24 hour service and I was having a hard time. The young lady saw me and offered to help even though the store wasn't open yet. She really made me at ease with the process especially because I thought the 26 footer was mine and I thought Lord, how will I drive this big truck. The staff was kind, understanding and supportive. What more can you ask for?

I was told I could check in early (before the location opened) and pick up the key from the drop box. After checking in online no code to the drop box was ever sent to me. People were in the store and had access to the key and refused to give it to me. Uhaul 800 number took 2 hours to resolve the issue before I ever got the code. I had hired movers who were waiting for over 2 hours and had to pay them for the time they were sitting there waiting on the truck. Awful experience all around!

We had a great experience! She was wonderful. We ran 30 mins past time and when we called to tell her and that we'd pay for the extra time she said not to worry about it. We'll be using U-haul at barnyard antiques again! Plus you can shop at the wonderful store when you return your U-Haul!

The business owner required my husband to park the vehicle and the trailer at two different locations both of which required him to be across a multi lane road. She was not quick nor efficient. There are a lot of return places in the area and I will recommend folks NOT choose this sight!!!

Provide a truck that at least has decent wiper blades. The truck had wiper blades so old there was metal scratching the windshield. If it had rained during my trip I would have been even more pissed to rent a truck as expensive as that and not be able to see the road. Power steering assist was intermittent during low speeds. Check engine light came on right before I returned the truck also. Truck was very poorly maintained as far as I could tell. I may consider renting from another truck company in the future.

One of the blankets was soiled with what smelled like vomit. I had to bag that blanket and wipe down the furniture it touched. Very nasty.

Make sure they are asked about loading ramps on the truck. It helps make the move safer and orevents the chances of back injuries having to lift heavy pieces down from truck. Thanks for an otherwise great experience.

I rented a U-haul truck from them on Monday at around 2:00pm. The truck was on 3/4 of a tank when I got it. I drove about 9.7 miles while moving from my apartment in total and returned it on location at about 6:00pm. I put $5 in gas in the truck when it was returned. I was then charged $30 for it being on 3/4 tank when it was supposedly given to me on full. They said I used almost 9 gallons of gas in less than 10 miles in 4 hours. I went on location and the lady just said there's nothing they could do and just decided to passively argue with me on the situation stating it could've been siphoned out, gas leak, etc and that she's sorry I have to pay for it. I have never had an experience like this with U-haul before, but I definitely won't be returning to this location nor using their trucks. If they hold their customers liable for an obvious mechanical/damage issue with their truck then they are not the company I want to use.
