Your app and web pick up was pretty terrible. It took a few calls and time on hold and a call back to get it sorted. Getting the truck to a confirmed location was difficult and required multiple calls to get someone who could help. I am once again disappointed by U-Haul. It's a good thing you do not have any competition in my drop off city because you'd never get another dollar out of me!ERIC C.

Pleas make sure that there is assistance and the customer does not have to wait for 45 minutes before he can actually get hold of the keys. The whole point of doing an online reservation is useless if it takes more time to get the keys. mainly due to app and website improper functioning and then customer support takes the rest of the time.Abhijit P.
The reservation online proceeded was very poor. There was no instructions online that you need further action with your reservation number to get a code till you showed up to get the truck rental and can not get the key from the lock boxer.Thay M.

The app never sent me a code for the lock box even after online check in, I tried it 5 times and eventually had to call the 1 800 number and was on hold for over 40 minutes. No, not a good experience, and I had movers waiting and had to pay an extra hour because of the delay.Stephen K.

The truck we had rented had a water leak in the passenger door. Would have thought they would have compensated me better for this but all I got was a 25.00 credit. I was told I should have called roadside assistance but what they don't understand is when you are moving and under time crunches who has time to sit on the side of the road and wait for assistance Terrible customer serviceSuzette O.

Electronic check in is a joke. We spent nearly an hour trying to get the code for the box containing the rental van key. Spoke with three different people to straighten out the fiasco. Next time it's going to be speaking with an actual person in order to avoid the mess.Sherman B.
