ANTHONY CI was rent one day a pick up 29.00$ lus milles after 50 . I was drop very closed where I was . That was impossible to drop more of 35milles. When I return the car . The Guy give me attitude and told me they will e-mail that recipe that never happened. And I was look my credit card he changed me 179.00 $ I Don't Understand why . I was travel in sick I'm coming home and will take care this issue. Very bad people Not integrity in business. I'm not recommended this place 廊 Call me at 925-238-6629 for more details. Gracias

Matthew DThe vehicles are old and possibly used by locals for transporting farm stuff.. it's greasy dashboard as I saw my greasy and dark palms after I returned the vehicle. The steering wheel is hard to turn and vehicle when driving seems an old truck from the 70s. U-Haul vehicles are way different from the Home Depot rental vehicles which are maintained so well.

DAVID LThe location was okay. The building was an old gas station/repair shop. The storage lot was fairly organized and I think the owner was doing the best he could with what he had. No complaints. Drop off process was super easy.

HENRY RThe interior of the cab was absolutely disgusting. There wasn't a single surface other than the driver side door that wasn't covered in some kind of sticky syrup.. when trying to take photos of all of this and upload it for acceptance, it kept airing out no matter how many times I tried it would not submit the photos then after all that and using the vehicle I get charged a $25 fee for cleaning even though I noted it, but was unable to upload the photos. This is just a slap in the face.

MICHAEL KI called left three voicemails to extend my time with the truck my card was ran multiple times and declined on several because I locked my card would try to run different amounts when a certain amount wouldn’t clear never came out to go over truck or gas when rented when returned the truck was greeted rudely and told to fill the tank on the vehicle truck wasn’t full when rented would never go back!!!!

RANIKA MA better explanation to customer about returning rental equipment on day that office is closed . To look at email & have receipt copy when going to facility & logging into Uhaul.com or using barcode to follow instructions for return would make it easier & not cause a wasted trip , time, miles . Otherwise all service pickup & return was great.

Peter GThe only down side is that we reserved our truck pick up in Concord and a few days prior our reservation was moved to Oakley which was an inconvenience. At least easy to get to but lost an hour plus of time we didn't plan for.

JEFFREY PWhen I arrived, the workers were at lunch. So, I tried the U-Haul app and it was glitching bad. I finally was able to do the return process on the website. So yeah, it was really the app that gave me trouble.

DONOVAN FI returned my U-Haul at night after this facility is closed but the step-by-step instructions were helpful on location had a large parking lot that made it easy to park our 26 foot long truck
KATHERINE GThe reservation personnel did not inform me that the recommended U-Haul facility would not or may not have the accessories I needed to complete my move nor did they inform me of it closing time. Make sure when booking a reservation that you the customer calls the U-Haul facility personally to make sure that all of your needs will be met/available at that location.
JOEANN SThis place is a joke and so is the owner. When I picked up the vehicle I declined the insurance. When I got home and looked at the contract he added it anyways. I called him to tell him that he added it when I did not agree to it and he acted like he was going to remove but still charged me for it. What a joke and horrible customer service. Then he charged me a cleaning fee when the truck came back clean. Will never rent from this greedy man again. What a shame.
ESPERANZA HThe truck smelled like someone urinated in it. I let the pick up and drop off location know. Their response was "ok, it will get cleaned". I was a tight timeframe and the line at the pick up location was too long for me to wait to get assigned a new truck. The temperature was very hot in Oakley California and the smell was nauseating even with the windows down. I would like some of my money refunded. I will be contacting corporate Monday morning.

Amporn SCheck equipment for mechanical issues. Truck broke down after loading in our street. Took 12 hours to get repaired. Simple equipment check would have revealed it had a problem. We had only driven it 3 miles from the store to the house.

ANIBAL SLocation was closed for lunch yet U-Haul site allowed the reservation to select a 1230 pickup. I understand this location is also an automotive repair shop but it was just filthy.
