There was no one present at the desk to give me a receipt for returning the trailer which I returned one day early on September 13th. I never received an email or text message confirming the return. But there were two mechanics in the garage area that were very helpful in disconnecting the trailer and parking it.

I was given no Information about this locations process of picking up the truck without any one present. When I got there I had to do all of the steps to check in on my phone with barely any service. The hours of operation said they would be open. I would have appreciated a phone call giving me instructions prior to me getting there. My pick up location was changed to here even though it was further out of my way.

Mike is a very nice man with a wonderful way with his customers whether for repairs or UHaul rentals. Because of his manner and his way of dealing with customers, we are loyal to him to a fault. He keeps his shop and his UHaul units immaculate. What's not to like? Friendly, competent, honest, prices fairly and treats everyone well.

I was not informed that I had to check in and out using a smartphone. I found the process easy but wonder how one would rent the truck without a smartphone. My only complaint is that since I made the reservation via a phone call I feel like someone should have informed me that the rental place was closed on Sunday’s and I needed my Smartphone- which I’m glad I had with me.

I am honored to say I rent from this specific location all the time Being in real estate we are always helping someone move or recommending who we think are the best in the area. Wonderful personable Michael and his crew along with sweet professional Katelin are truly what makes this a Pleasent and customer satisfying transaction. They truly bend over backwards and always have everything done that you need even advanced reservations in a pinch and the equipment is always tip top clean and well serviced. The pick up location changed 3 different times and the time was changed to pick up at 9 am from 8 am at 750am that day.

Poor customer service. We arrived 20 minutes after 9 and was told we were late and had to wait while he worked in his garage. When asked if he had a power converter for the tow he said they just collect dust so I don’t carry them. When we booked, we expected to pick up from a regular U-Haul facility. Two days before The pick up was changed to a place further away from my house To a small one-man garage that clearly did not have all of the U-Haul components offered. When we realized we needed a power converter for the U-Haul, he suggested that we take the trailer and on our way back to the house, stop and get a converter for the lights. My brother commented that it would be illegal to drive the trailer without brake lights. At this point he said well you can go down the street to a store and pick up a converter. Again, he doesn’t offer them because they just collect dust. In the beginning he was friendly but then when he realized we were going to ask him should go by the book including coming out and fixing one of the safety chains he became surly and rude. I would not recommend this facility for rental and I think U-Haul should review their policy for rental locations. Halfway home with the U-Haul in tow, one of the tires blew out. We had quick response mechanic came and fixed the tire he was very helpful and we were happy for the quick service.

Uhaul owes me a credit for a mistake in the mileage calculation. It has been 11 days since the mistake was reported. There is no excuse for the delay in a credit on on credit card. The local people were very good overall but there hands are tied with the credit. I ran a large retail company and know how long it takes to research, verify, and process a credit.
