The agent at the store for some reason first thing they wanted to do was to charge me extra money first, he said I didn’t return all the blankets then he said I damaged the truck. I don’t know if this is the fact that I was African-American but the moment he saw me he was trying to charge me extra for stuff. He said I damage a the top of the truck then he got in the vehicle and for some reason all of a sudden I went 500 miles over what I was supposed to. He was in the vehicle for about two or three minutes and then he called me over and said oh you went over your miles. Once again, the moment he saw me he was trying to charge me more money. I do believe it is because I’m African-American and some he was being biased towards me.

Roberto RaineriI rented from 2 locations in the last 48 hours. One took an hour+ to check in with a reservation. The other took 10 minutes without a reservation. That should tell you everything you need to know.

Rebecca DearthThe clerk at BP Storage & Moving was beligerent and raised his voice at me when I requested a copy of my receipt for my van rental. I did not appreciate his rude behavior and would like to file a complaint for what happened when I only requested what I was legally entitled to since I did not receive either an email or text for the transaction. Also, there appears to be an unknown person named Rafael Saru on my account. Could you please explain why this person is on my account?

brittany monscheinThe location was great however overall Uhaul experience very poor. We schedule to pick up at Winter Park location near my home and they changed pick up location to Apopka 35 minutes away. To speak to an actual person hold wait times were over 30 minutes. When speaking to an actual representative was the worst no assistance at all they were rude, unaccommodating and laughed when requesting to speak with a manager. Then on top of traveling out of the way to pick up 2 26' trucks they then had us dropping off at 2 different locations which was another issue after being told we can drop off at same location. Over customer experience was horrible.

Told me that if the transaction didn’t go through i would have had to go to the main U-HAUL location because he didn’t want to deal with me. He snatched my phone out of my hand when I was trying to check in online. He was very argumentative.
Destiny JohnsonI reserved a truck 2 minutes away from my house as a pick up/drop off location. You guys changed my reservation to a location 30 minutes away. There’s at least 7 different U-Haul places in between. The change in location messed up the schedule for the day and I was told that I couldn’t drop it off at the original location. The truck had trash in the cab, the floors were dirty and the cup holders were filthy with sticky drink in the bottom.

paresh chovatiaPlease have the equipment type reserved available as contracted. I arrived to find out there were no 20 ft trucks only 15 ft which made for a longer day as we could not fit everything in one load as planned.

KEVIN MCCORMICKThe truck I rented ended up breaking down on the freeway. I booked my truck on the U-Haul site not realizing uhaul allows third party vendors to rent out their trucks. This truck was rented out of a gas station and when I was on the freeway driving 70mph the wrench light comes on and the truck is no longer driving I'm Coasting off the freeway stall out at the light and somehow make it to safety. I then had to wait for a tow truck to come out and that put me 4.5 hours behind and my movers had been waiting for me and I had to pay the movers more too. Then I got a bill from U-Haul about unpaid tolls in the U-Haul truck despite the towtruck driving the truck. Then I got a bill three months later today for $3700 and claiming I had to sign something for an accident. I called and said I was never in an accident the truck broke down on me and and the guy said oh it looks like it was just returned today I said well a tow truck picked it up from my apartment the night in Sept when I had it unloaded. And he goes hm well idk I'll have to close the ticket out. So I had a very unpleasant experience with uhaul. If anything I should be refunded due to the risk of my life, and the fact I had to pay my movers so much extra

John GreenSimple, I really have to call this guy a asshole , pissa garbage… For him to be and Indian, who thinks that everyone who walks in there store is not good. Thank god I don’t need anything because , I own few business in this town and have never treated anyone the way I was treated in his store .., if this all about who has the money. Maybe your eyes are blind,, And even so you still have to treat people right .. No matter where they come from .. but this guys doesn’t need any of that respect.. There are scumbags who came here from India and thinks the rules of India apply here in America…
