I was scheduled weeks in advance to pick up a 26' truck 2 miles from my home. The day before pickup...I was notified I needed to drive 25 minutes away to a different location to get the truck I reserved weeks in advance. Then, I was told I had to drive another 25 minutes back to this location to drop off the truck. I will never recommend uhaul for any services for the rest of my life. I run a local business and see thousands of people a year. Cant wait to get back and tell them how great my move went except for my uhaul truck was a fuckin joke.

This location was also closed when I attempted to return my truck on a Sunday. I was able to drop my key off in the box just fine and got a confirmation email from them on Monday morning without issue.

We showed up to drop off the Uhaul at 4:30pm because online the hours of operation were until 5pm. There was a gentleman there that instructed us to leave our keys and fold the blankets we rented. We followed instructions and then we were charged $20 because the store was closed. If it were closed, we would not have been able to leave our keys inside on the desk and even thought the Uhaul representative was not there, that was not our fault they left early. We would like the $20 refunded to our account.

Tell them ahead of time that there is a regular plug in the cab on this new van. That was a nice feature, but I wish I had known it ahead of time so I could have gotten by without needing to rent batteries for my CPAP machine. Everything else was good and efficient.

We reserved a truck a couple weeks before we needed it. When we went to pick it up there wasnt one available. They located one at another location so we had to drive over there however that one needed to be returned by 8am on our second day ( I wish the people that had the truck we were originally to have had returned on time). So we had to pay for 2 days even though we had to return it early.

My only issue is when I returned the trailer, they were closed and the previous trailer renters parked their trailers haphazardly and there was no room to park mine. It forced me to unhook mine and jockey one of them to make room to park my trailer.
