I have booked a moving truck online and 2 furniture trolleys. When I came to pick up the truck I could not find anyone for 5 minutes then I finally found a guy who worked there he told that they don’t have those trolleys so I had spent two hours to find another store to rent those trolleys plus gus to drive there and back . When I returned my truck I got charged extra for time and Gus so I sad that I disagree with that because extra time and gas I spent is U-Haul’s fault so I was told that I’ll be contacted within 48 hours regarding that and now it’s been already 3 days and absolutely no one is trying to contact with me. Worst rental experience ever. Do not trust what you see on their website because in fact they don’t have most of the stuff that shows on the website.

I requested a Uhaul two months in advance for 8 am and was told the day before that I could have it at 9. The Aucom location opened a few minutes after 9. It turned out okay but if someone requests a time it usually means they require the truck at that time for a reason.

Give the customer dollies and handcarts as they asked for. Moving pads should be standard, not something you have to ask for.

1-Dirty car, 2-not even wind shield liquid filled 3 the receipt was different with the amount withdrawal, and made me to call customer service to verify.4- I drop off the car around 6 pm while the attendant was walking in the parking lot and ask him to check the car to get a receipt for drop off and he refused and said he will do it tomorrow! Now, you tell me should I be satisfy and happy??!!

This location was hard to find from the street - we were unsure of where to turn because we didn't see a U-Haul sign near the road.

Every time when I call to reserve the truck is no one there to answer I had to go and face-to-face talk to them and you're not really friendly I like the location but who runs that are not friendly they don't care about the customer

Don't ever pick UHAUL. They will dick you around and not give you your truck at your specified location even if you reserved it.

Nobody gives me the key and the car was closed. I was waiting for half an hour but nobody appear to give me the key.
