I was mixed to about the rate per mile.

The store wear I dropped off the trailer, ARNETT'S, was very nice and detaching the trailer was simple and there was plenty of room.

I was charged an additional 86.00 because I was provided a truck with an error with the fuel. My 15' truck came with 1/4 tank of gas when it was written out as just under filled. I was advised the printout would be emailed to me but I did not see an email. The worker did gratefully write out a receipt stating the error but 86.00 was still taken out of my bank account with no notification to myself and after calling customer service it will take up to 7 business days to be returned but the company has no call back policy so I have to go out of my way to follow up. I will follow up Monday morning. This is the second issue I have had with U-Haul in regard to to a lack of proper communication to each other that has cost me additional time and money. If it was not so closed to a monopoly I'd stick with a different company.

South St. folks were great. My comments are directed to Uhaul. Their review site did not allow for details. Uhaul website is very frustrating. Vehicles are not where they think they are. Their logistics and inventory control is totally messed up. It took three customer service representatives to finally get me a truck and auto transport locally. The second truck still had a check engine light go on before we reached our destination - poor maintenance program apparently. Could not turn in vehicle to place on my reservation because it did not have a working number. Dropped it off elsewhere. When U haul called asking if I had turned it in, and I told the rep. my story, she offered a credit back to me on my charge. This morning, when I checked, there was no credit back,, but found that I had been double charged. Another customer service call. First was dropped. The only good thing about Uhaul was the customer service representatives and store personnel. They were awesome. Advice: Do not try to rent a Uhaul online. Just go to a local store and do your business there. Recommend South St. This has been an absolute more stressful experience than necessary. I would still like some money back for my troubles. South Street location - if you have some way of sending this to corporate, I would truly appreciate a response from them. Thank you.

Everything was great. This location was a small cute country store which had things like homemade jelly, jars of honey and the owners daughter had a nice ice cream stand. Oh yeah, the trailer was ready and paperwork only took a few minutes.

Go and rent elsewhere. The owner there Darlene is nasty, loud and obnoxious. Has no people skills and does not know how to treat Uhaul clients. She talks bad about the Uhaul company and the president and I quote her words. “He doesn’t know what he is doing when he makes a mistakes he run hide and tucks his head between his legs!”

It took wayyyyyy to long to pick up the equipment. I was there for an hour, at least. And on top of that, the property opened about 30 minutes later than what they had posted as their hours. And that 30 minutes wasn't included in the time that I had to wait for the actual rental.

While Arnetts was very nice and the people were great, this was not the pickup site where I initially made the reservation. It was a significant drive especially for the drop off. I as not consulted about other possible pickup points. This was not ok. I will not use Uhaul again.

This location was isolated, but the lady was nice and simplistic. She took care of me quickly and I was on my way.

Arnett Family was very helpful. Mr. Arnett saw that I was struggle to pull in and he came out to assist me. I thank him so much, because the truck was to big for me to handle. Mrs Arnett was courteous and extremely helpful also great experience.

The lot is small and muddy and nobody to help lift the trailer tongue on the 12x6 trailer. Also over 20 miles from my house and there are two lots onl y 5 miles away.

No problem with the place. Problem is the location was not my preferred and approximately 5 miles further but the 5 miles was not added to the allowed. Should have been added. Further the person told me she saw I had 135 miles not the 101 on the contract.

I do not like the app online. I scheduled a pick up at South Park Mall uhaul. They were open on Saturday September 22. I did not enjoy running all over to get a truck. I ended up with a the wrong truck a smaller size then I had ask for.

Still confused about the rate charge. rented 5x8 trailer 4 different times and charged $239. First and last times and charged $109. 2nd and 3rd times. And still have no explanation.

I order a uhaul from a different location, I got a call the day before and was switched to this location to pick up the uhaul. I order a utility dolly and it was on my orde form. After I picked up the uhaul, got home no dolly. I called the location and was told they don’t provide Dolly’s, just the truck. I then went to the location, the lady was really nice, she had to call another location 2 miles away, to see if they had a dolly, and they did. So I had to drive 2 miles to get a dolly. Uhaul need to notify their customers that this location only provide the truck and not the Dolly’s.

I rented a one-way rental from Danville to Chesterfield and was instructed to take the truck to Chester. I assumed that this was a specialty shop as it was a Sunday. I was surprised to find this was a small country store in the middle of nowhere and over 20 miles from where I completed using my truck. I realized that I was used by u-haul to relocate their equipment to a needed location. I have no problem with being helpful except I was charged .40 a mile and had a 40 minute drive back home. I believe that I should be credited for the 40 mile round trip for my work on behalf of u-haul. It should be noted that we passed a dozen other u-haul locations between our home and the drop-off location.

Very friendly and very helpful. The truly cared about me as their customer and went way above and beyond to make sure I was able to accomplish what I needed. When I reserved my Uhaul trailer they were the only dealer in the area that had what I needed and they were pretty much out of the way but I will definitely go out of my way in the future to give them my business.

Had to wait for them to reduce paperwork that I did not line. Could not tell me why but would not give me the trailer until they filled in the paperwork again. Made me late getting back TO HAVE THE MOVER PACK UP HOUSE HOLD ITEMS.
