Love the staff there my mother gets trucks there often and it’s always a wonderful experience. I think I’d go out my way to rent from them just because of how kind and personable the staff is and based off the convenience.

There was some dirt Left inside the cargo van area from the previous user. Unfortunately I did not inspect the Van interior prior to signing off On the pre trip inspection , so I was not able to bring it to the attention of Amoco before Leaving.

One bad thing occurred for me; I left the start key inside car and closed the driver door. I called the support to help in giving me a spare key but they told me no spare key available. I paid $80 to open the door.

The U-Haul employee also runs the gas station which extends my wait and the time it takes to complete a rental. A kiosk to allow the U-Haul customer to review and complete documents in order to assist the gas station attendant would be nice or something to take the load off of the clerk as much as possible.

Man employee inside Amaco was very rude! 1st truck given to me was making a huge loud grinding noise. The emergency brake was broken & stuck so I did not take nor drive that truck. I asked for a different one ASAP so I could complete my planned move. I was treated rudely & disrespect. I will never use this locate again. I will also tell other not to use this Amaco location.

U haul sucks ass...they double book trucks and leave you screwed after you made a reservation....the whole process of getting a truck from them is a frustrating shit show....I honestly don’t understand how this poorly managed dumpster fire of a company is still in business....I would suggest any other truck rental company in the world before u haul.

They didn’t have the furniture pads at all, forgot to put my dolly in the truck and then overcharged me. Getting a partial refund didn’t help not having protection for my stuff when moving. Big hassle. Not worth it.

I signed up for 24/7 mobile pick up and was scheduled to pick up my truck at 7am. When we got there and I clicked on pick up my truck, it said that I had been changed to hand deliver and needed to wait until 9am to pick up my truck. We had to go back home and delay the move for 2 more hours. Very inconvenient. When we returned at 9am the man working was rude and didn’t care that something had gone wrong. He did get us set up with our truck though.

Excellent service. I had scheduled a rental of an appliance dolly but didn't end up getting one when I picked up the truck. The person at the check counter helped me to get a refund for it even though I had booked to do check in and out myself through the rental share. If you rent from this place, they like if you can do the online check in and rental return, but don't be afraid to talk to the people at the counter for help and you'll likely save time by just doing it direct at this location.

I reserved a trailer the day before I needed it. When I arrived the employee told me he had no reservation for me, even though I had a confirmation email that I showed to him. He was very polite and was able to make my request work. U-Haul needs to work on there reservation system!!!

I will NEVER rent from uhaul again. A customer service representative managed to mess up my pickup time (not at this location,) and we ended up driving about 40 minutes and 40+ miles round trip because none of the other locations were open... The location on College was absolutely wonderful. The woman who helped us was phenomenal. She made our deplorable experience with uhaul less hellish. People like the gas station attendant at the College location are the ONLY reason this despicable corporation manages to stay in business.

You changed my pickup location without asking me if you could change it. I had to go quite a bit out of my way to pick it up from a crappy gas station.

The customer service rep from uhaul told me I could drop off the truck at ANY location in Milwaukee. The person here at Royal gas explained this is not correct and I need a scheduled drop off. This was coincidentally the location I selected as the drop off originally online.

We had an issue with the additional insurance offered that we declined and have paperwork to prove it. After my husband returned the truck, I noticed we were charged and he went back and had an extremely poor experience trying to get credit back. The rep agreed that we should not have been charged but since the order was "closed" out he could not issue a credit. After waiting for a half hour, we asked him to call us back when resolved. A few hours later he called but could not resolve it and said someone would be calling me from customer service by noon today to resolve it - no one has called yet and it is 1 pm my time. This is the first time we have used Uhaul in years - may be our last. Which is unfortunate as we have young adults as children that are in college and moving very frequently. All over a $28 charge - seems very very short focussed

My pick up location was changed with less than 24 hours notice, adding an excess of $20.00 to my total price. I was told upon ordering the service and in the original receipt that I had the rental for 24 hours. With the new change of pick up location, I was also told I only had the rental until 4pm. Very dissatisfied with the overall experience and lack of customer service on uhaul’s part. The rental was far more of a hinderance in my moving process with all the last minute changes.
