This was the worse condition I have ever gotten a truck in the cab was covered in ashes and smelled so bad of weed me and my granddaughter were nauseous the back of the truck was covered in mud and nails and screws so before I could use I had to clean the truck I will never use this facility againJoan C.

This is a convenient mart and only one person manning the store. The owner wanted her to photo the back of the truck and the mileage and gas gauge. I assured for her it was done and the gas correct (i had purchased $10 to cap it off just moments before and recorded the mileage. Otherwise all was well.DAVID T.
Very simple drop off procedure, we only had to park the truck, drop the keys in a drop box, and we were good to go. And it was a gas station which was convenient for replacing the fuel before drop off.Eric R.

Worst U-Haul location I have ever used. Don't use this location will not be treated fairly. The manager gave me the worst Truck on the lot. I didn't realize the damage of the truck until I got home. Very Dirty on the inside and the back door handle was broken. Overcharged me, the rental should have been free for one day, the condition that the truck was in. I rented the truck for two days, I returned it in one due to the condition I didn't keep it but one day. They still charged me for two days!!!BRENDAFAYE W.

Keep your word. I never received a call informing me that my pick up location and time had been charged. This inconvenienced me by 2hrs, putting me under great pressure because i had only 4hrs of time.Tommy L.
The manager was nice and did what he could. The cashier was unhelpful and the whole process started when the lady I made the reservation with reserved dollies that this location didn't have!!! And the website was uncooperative! UHaul is a terribly organized company! I feel bad for the good people that work for them. Like I said the manager tried to get the equipment we needed but I was still 40 minutes late getting g to the house because it took One hour to get the mess straightened out at the pickup location on Nash Street , Wilson NCSANDRA W.

I was told 0 89 cent a mile but when i go to get the truck i was told 1.19 a mile for weekend rates my truck cost me 67 dollars next time i will look at your competitorsherry G.
I was supposed to drop off the trailer at the StoreMore on Ward st. When I arrived I was asked to drop off at an Amco Gas station up the road. I dropped it off and the lady at the counter said ok. I asked about checking it in and she said she has nothing to do with that. I called the StoreMore and was told to check in on line. So I did but it wouldn't accept it due to not being at the right location. I called the number off the website and was given another number to call. I called them and they said I need to drop off the trailer at another location. I refused since I had already left to return to work. And I had done what I was asked ready. The problem was a mis communication on their part and not mine.Bryon R.

When the truck was turned in on time I was charged for an extra day in which I did not deserve to charge. The truck was turned in before time. I paid 100 which I thought for the deposit for the rental of the truck and the deposit was supposed to be returned back to me. If your company is not giving back the customer deposit you guys should make it plain for everyone who is renting from Uhaul would understand that they are not getting their deposit back. I would not recommend anyone to you guys until yall get in writing on the contract that you will be getting your deposits back. I am very dissatisfied with your company.Gwendolyn M.

The truck was clean, however the entire process was not good. There was no rep there, and after being on the phone with an owner waiting over 40min, I was beyond frustrated. There was no one there to go over the trailer procedure and make sure it was secured properly- though we followed as much of the instructions on the stickers as we could, most of it was damaged or missing.REBECCA W.
