I wish I was sent to this drop off location first, it was fine. I selected "yes" on the question, "Were the personnel helpful?" but I did not interact with anyone, returned using APP. I have rented many times from U-Haul over the past 5 years, and they keep changing the drop off location to one other than I selected. On this rental, the first location, which is one that I did not select when I booked the trailer, had no place for us to back in the trailer. U-Haul should stop trying to get customers to move their trailers and instead pay someone to do it. It took me three phone calls to finally get moved to this location on Nash ST. I wish I could review the original location I was sent to.

LOREE LNeed put block under trailer. Can't lift or pick up to hook truck. Too heavy. No one can't help me
Daniele BThe trailer was backed into some brush, and had no tongue jack. Therefore we had to pull the trailer away from the brush then lift tongue by hand to connect to truck. This is something that was almost impossible for 2 people. There was no help from personnel at this location. How was a single person supposed to do this?
Chris MWhen reserving the rental tax should be shown, don't want until the unit is picked up and then add it to the bill. Start advertising the true rental rate, include the cost per mile. What your doing now is deceptive.
William SProvide Amoco employees with better instructions to show people how to upload pictures of damage found before taking off the lot. Very nice people and friendly, just couldn't show me how to upload pictures of scratches or scuffs of trailer, that were not marked with sticker.
Matthew SEverything was great except that I couldn't get the gas cap offbto refuel. The attendant was very courteous and helpful. I'm glad that she was there.
Denise GThe truck was dirty it had dirt all throught out the front like dried mud. And on the passenger seat. They start there minimum at 75 miles whether you are going that far or not. However the representative Mary was very friendly and made it much better for me.

DAVID TOne person working at counter for gas, convenience store and Uhaul. Truck AC vents were not working. Truck was NOT clean.
Keith BI had rented equipment with the expectation of receiving it on time, but unfortunately, I did not receive it as scheduled. I was informed that the delay was due to another client returning the equipment late, which resulted in a change of location for the equipment. This situation was quite inconvenient and impacted my plans significantly. Given the inconvenience this has cause. They kindly offer a form of compensation or a reward for the disruption I am waiting because neither the manager called me nor received any compensation yet.

Thomas LMake it where we don't have to scan our own driver's license. It should be done by the person who checks us out. Sometimes we can't do it. Will spend things up if the cashier can do it. Everything else is great.
Virginia BThe uhaul was filthy when picked up....the smell inside was so bad I had the dry heaves...it took us about 45 minutes to clean it plus we had to take it and vacuum all the hair off the seats.....all the windows also had to be cleaned...

I had some issues with the check in process and soon as I found her she solved all my problems all while helping other people and she did it hastily and efficiently.. I will be using u haul again soon. And I will be sure to go to that location... Gracias

Virginia BOne person working the register and processing my pick up made it time consuming for every one i the store. Also did not expect to have ton hook it up by myself.
Gardiner CFirst of all, if a business is too busy or will not hire enough employees to do their job and do the job of renting out UHAUL's, then they should not take on the responsibility of renting out UHAL's! When we went to pick up our UHAUL, we were constantly being told by Mary to wait until she helped other customers that came in after us to purchase gas or store items from them, as if because we were only getting a UHAUL, we WERE NOT "customers"! We waited patiently. But when we went to drop the truck off, we were exhausted and just wanted to turn our truck in and leave, and demanded to be treated fairly like any other customer. Mary was then very rude, and told us that the other customers who were buying from the store came first, and that was that. I tried to check out online, but it did not work, so exhausted I just had to stand aside and wait to get checked out by this rude person! UHAUL needs to put a requirement on who can rent out their trucks. If you don't have the staff to do both jobs, then you shouldn't be taking on UHAUL!!! This wasted my time and energy on a day that I had neither. I will definitely be posting my reviews on every site I can find of my "very" disappointed experience with this particular business, and that I will not be renting from UHAUL again either!
Karan STruck i reserved on UHaul Web site Was not at location (not returned on time) had to rent a larger more expensive unit I did not want or need..Be wary using Uhaul web site...better to deal with pick up location directly.

Carl JDidn't interact with the gas station worker (they were very busy with regular customers). Little boy cramped to get the trailer unloaded and unhooked but not that hard. Nice that I can fill up on location before returning

Gloria WMary at the point of sale is very knowledgeable and interacts well with customers. She suggested the insurance to protect me in the event of damage occurring. Truck runs great. Clean and comfortable.

Levy sTruck was terrible. Tires out of balance, could hardly keep truck in the lane because the front tires vibrated so bad. Rollers missing on the rear door. Had to get a prize bar to free the door so I could close it. Rented several times from Uhaul. Next time I will go elsewhere.

Ruby BThis business is too busy to look after your rentals. This is the second time going here and both times were frustrating and lengthy. Person would start waiting on us and then stop and wait on customer, then come back to us , then wait on another customer, did this during the whole process making our visit terrible. If this is only place we can pick up we will not be renting again. One on our previous visit to the wash place on Ward Blvd was great and quick.
