Terrible site to navigate, and no room to park vehicles for return. One source said open 8, door sign said 9, but didn’t open at 9, so I did self check. Then staff showed as I finished. From appearances, I would never rent here unless local only use.

Ricky DWe had to drive to Durango from Pagosa to pick up a tow behind trailer in our Uhaul which added exponential time to our move. In addition the tow behind trailer got a flat before we even pulled out of Pagosa we lost half a day of our move time waiting for a replacement. The guy that replaced it was great but he said that the tire that he replaced should have never been on the trailer in the first place and they certainly shouldn’t have left it on the trailer when we picked it up. Moving is incredibly stressful as it is without dealing with lazy human error.

Kelly GIt would have been nice to have the snow, from 3 days ago, removed from the windshield and roof of the vehicle. It took approximately 20-30 minutes to remove it because it sat on the vehicle and turned to hard icy snow rather than the lightweight snow it was 3 days ago.
Rhonda EConfusing because UHaul sent me here, and Google Maps showed it as open, but it was closed. It was a challenge getting the trailer into a good drop-off spot by myself. Seems like a decent place, but without staff there it's hard to tell.

Krystyn SIf there was a mirror opposite to the Columbia Falls location in Montana......THIS WOULD BE IT! I'm not complaining about the personnel who checked us out OR the fees we paid for the rental. THAT was all just fine. This location was NASTY! Trailers had the tongues buried in mud and the driveways were mud. It looked like a junkyard for U-Haul vehicles the way they were parked in dirt and mud. LOTS of vehicles......lots of mud and dirt.

They both went above and beyond to accommodate my arrival and unexpected storage needs and found a way to help with unloading at the 11th hour. I already have, and will most definitely continue, to refer anyone who needs moving services or storage in the Durango/4 Corners area to American Standard Multi Storage and Curry and Donna.

John HMy reservation was with another location and there was no one working when I arrived to pick up the truck. I called this other location and they were very accommodating and efficient. The information online was incorrect so I picked the first location over this one but it turned out they did have what I needed. My move was delayed two hours. Not happy about that but grateful to Corey for making it happen in the end.

Gloria BLocation is extremely dangerous the path to drive and drop off the trailer is unclear the drop off location where you wouldn't put any of the other trailers and damage is difficult there's no one to help me unhitch the trailer.
