Reserved a 10 ft truck. Was given a 15 foot truck. Didn’t need the extra space I understand the rental fee was the same, but the gas was probably double.

I picked up the U-Haul with the mobile app after the location was closed. The mobile app was down and would not locate my correct location. After calling customer service, I was told this happens frequently with the app. It took me over an HOUR to retrieve the keys to the truck. When loading the truck, I noticed the whole back part (closest to cab) had standing water, as it was raining all week in my location and the day of loading. I had to actually buy towels to attempt to keep furniture somewhat dry because I didn’t own enough towels to try to solve the problem. I have pictures and videos of where the leak was and water was coming from. Again, it rained almost the whole week and day of pickup. If the employees had inspected this truck before allowing it to be rented, they would’ve noticed the water. My pickup location was also changed 24 hours before pickup.

Truck was clean but it was in wasnt in great mechanical condition. Alignment was significantly off center. Steering response was difficult to dial in making it difficult to drive straight, likely related to alignment. It still got the job done though

Dropped off early evening but sign on door saying do not drop unless I called another number or subject to additional charges. Called number got permission to drop off was told that it would be checked in next morning and I would get my final confirmation. It is now Tuesday and I still have nothing. Called yesterday and was told it was sent. Not in my email (junk or otherwise) but did receive this survey.

When you changed the pick up place you added almost an hour to my travel schedule. I don’t understand why U-Haul doesn’t get the van and bring it to the place that you originally chose for pick up. Why does the customer have to be inconvenienced?

The location and the manager was great to work with. The truck with in great shape. The only think I would add is that it seemed a bit confusing as to how to get the truck via the app (on line pick up). There was another person there who I had to walk through the process being that I just went through the confusion she seemed to be in. Someone sent me the vidoe - that was very hepful. But maybe there should be some sort of sign with instructions at the facility for those who get there when there is nobody working.

Well for one the instructions on how to access the vehicle keys when there is nobody there after hours would be a lot better having to sit on hold for over an hour while someone explain to me why I can't seem to pull up the same page they have on the website that would be nice a little less attitude from customer service when asking questions not everybody really knows how to do a self checkout rental. I've never rented a you home before prior to this but I have to say I thoroughly thoroughly regret ever having rented from this man he is absolutely rude and condescending and likes to threaten people

Insisting that the one open package of moving blankets had to be folded when we returned the truck & other equipment was a bit ridiculous at the end of an exhausting moving day. We filled the gas tank, didn’t exceed mileage & returned truck in good order , So insisting that we fold the moving blankets I thought was absurd.

Picked up vehicle with 1/8 of a tank of gas. Was told I had to pickup the vehicle at a specific time even though I downloaded the truck share app to avoid that issue.

Watch your wallet when you rent from this guy! We rented a cargo van for the half day rate. We drove 12 miles and had it only 2 hours and 15 minutes, and he charged us for 2 gallons of gas!! We should have taken a picture of the gas gauge, but we forgot to do it. I can't believe we used even 1 gallon of gas because we rented the same van from him before and went the same route and the gas gauge didn't budge. We didn't put gas in it and weren't charged a gas fee that time, so we didn't think to check the gauge this time. I seriously doubt the tank was full if his picture of the guage after our use of the vehicle is correct!

American mini storage was great! We moved from Atlanta and needed to store some of our stuff. Searching for places was difficult. We wanted main floor and easy access and found it here. Great service. Great location. We will recommend to all who need the storage. Thank you !

I ended up with two cc billing statements one for 202.00 and the other for 189.00. Credit card was charged for the higher amount. Also 39.95 was a rental fee charged in addition to mileage charge, this was not mentioned on the online reservstion site. 1.09 a mile + 39.95 + 14.00 minimum insurance + gas + taxes and other fees that's what should be clear up front not when you arrive at an agent.

Overall courteous staff and clean location, but wished I would have listened to my gut by getting at least a 15’ instead of the 10’ that was recommended by the staff working there that day. I had wanted a uhual to fit a 1 bedroom condo apartment and was told a 10’ would definitely be fine. Even though I was thinking at least a 15’ would be a minimum needed to fit all. I was reassured that a 10’ would work fine, so I trusted the person running the store location. We did hire a movers that were suggested by Uhual website to help us with loading, which they were amazing! But we couldn’t fit some furniture in. So now will have to make another trip, which is a whole day since the pickup and drop off is 4 hours round trip. Not very happy about that and either would anyone if time is of importance.
