Check the tires for safety matters. I appreciated the fact you were willing to swap out a bad trailer for one that had air in its tires. The general manager seemed to not want to allow the swapping out, he was more concerned about turning a profit and less on customer satisfaction. Wasn't quite sure where to park but I think we figured it all out. The drop off process was simple and the box easily located. If multiple people were dropping off at this location I would have to have parked in the street. Tucson has a ton of drop off locations though so be sure you have the right one. The location is sketchy, but it was convenient. The persons there were friendly. The drop off was painless.Skene B.
We first attempted a contactless pick up at the storage center a block away, using a reservation made weeks prior. We spent 30 minutes in the parking lot completing many, many added requirements just to he told my husband's drivers license was cracked, and therefore deemed invalid. After using UHaul many times over 30 years, we were prepared to never give another cent to you. Rodney at Ambassador Auto Care rescued us in our heavily time-constrained situation so that we could move our daughter out of her apartment as needed. I will not have good things to say about UHaul overall or the contactless system.David M.

1750 n. Stone street is in a ghetto. Not uhaul personell were present so I followed the instructions I was given to park the trailer such as not to block access or doorways, yada yada. I have zero confidence that the trailer is not being used by homeless folks for shelter or that it has not been stolen. That's my feedback.KEVIN B.

There were no workers at this location even though we returned our vehicle during Posted open hours. We had to call regional telephone number and speak to a very helpful agent to leave our rental vehicle at this location.Diane Y.
Complaint. The gasoline fill neck was not connected to the fuel tank. When I tried to fill the tank with gas, it went all over the ground at the gas station. Check your service records to see if the fuel tank was recently worked on. I put the fill tube into the rubber hose leading into the tank in order to put gasoline in, but did not have a screw driver to tighten the worm gear clamp holding the assembly together. I registered this complaint when I returned the truck, and the receiving clerk was professional and well mannered.LELAND D.

Ambassador was fine, I expected to pick up from In Road, was told to go to Oracle instead. Oracle did not have a 26' truck either, so I was sent to Ambassador. 20 miles and two hrs later I was finally able to begin loading, which I did't complete then until the following day. After that the trip went fine, truck was adequate and powerful enough on the hills.Jeffrey M.

Customer service was friendly, but the truck was not cleaned. I cleaned the dashboard myself with Lysol. Also, it appeared the truck was in an accident and not properly fixed? The passenger door was a bit hard to open. I might recommend this location again provided they start cleaning the trucks.TRINA S.

The place was closed as it was on a Sunday so I don't know if it was clean. A man came out and assured us that he would check it in. It didn't get checked in until the next day, but we weren't charged so I was ok with it.barb D.

My requested pickup location and equipment were modified without my consent. I requested a 10 ft truck but got a 15ft truck. This was highly annoying. I went to two other locations the scheduler directed me to visit but both were closed. That was even more annoying, but the scheduler gave me a discount for the aggravation. The truck I ended up with didn't work very well. It refused to downshift correctly. This was highly stressful. Checkin guy thought this was a problem with a vacuum seal? Never-the-less I doubt I'll be renting from U-Haul ever again.Francis B.

Original drop off point was not available So dropped off here. Was not checked in and a month later received a bill for gas My friend and I made sure that we filled it to 3/4 as requested. But still received a bill for $19 5 weeks after we dropped the truck off 1500 mile trip at about 7 miles to the gallon not greatAngel D.
