The customer service at this location was horrible. I was yelled at and treated very rudely by two employees, Nancy and Jimmy. Jimmy was violently rude to me. I was very inconvenienced by the employees at this location, which caused my one-way travel to be delayed by two hours. I would not recommend this location/business to anyone.MEAGAN Monnique C.

DO NOT MAKE ME DOWN LOAD AN APP OR SHARE MY LOCATION OR TAKE PICTURES WITHOUT INITIALLY TELLING ME WHAT THE SELF CHECK IN PROCESS IS. It's stupid. This process made the whole experience terrible and I am LITERALLY telling EVERYONE, even if they don't ask, to NOT use Uhaul. It would've been really nice to have been able to rent the trailer in Dallas, TX, and drop it off in Albuquerque, NM. Because I was not able to do so, I was forced to fly into Dallas and back. I would've spent 1/2 the money if returning to Albuquerque, NM would've been possible. Aside from that setback, my brother said it was a very easy transaction. When I returned the trailer, I was greeted with such a welcoming staff. Very friendly and very efficient. Thank you for making everything flow so well.JESUS H.

I had to search for the trailer, was a few blocks away. All the uhauls looked old and worn out. The shocks were so bad that many things broke in transportation to OK. Very disappointed and felt very over charged. When I tried to call uhaul the website was down.Erin H.

I reserved a 26' truck and planned the entire move around it. When I arrived the 26' had a check engine light on and all they had was a 15' truck. It took an army to help me make the day work. They knew of these issues all week but failed to highlight them so corporate could adjust the pick up location. Disappointing is an understatement.JOSEPH G.

My initial reservation was at U-Haul Camp Wisdom and came with a $50 guarantee. Late on Thursday I got a call from Uhaul and my pick up location was changed to 2341 Langord st Ste B in Dallas. This was highly inconvenient for me and cost me more time to do the move. How do I now collect the $50 guarantee?Jos D.

Store opened at 9:25 AM and we had an appointment for 9:00AM when picking up the truck. Truck almost had no gas in tank. Engine light turned on after 5 minutes of driving and truck would run at 2 mph. Needed to turn off engine and turn on again. We had to do that several times of the 4 days we had the truck. Terrible. Same store opened at 9:35 AM when returning the truck and we had an appointment at 9:00 AM. We DON'T RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYBODY.ERNANI D.

After hooking the dolly to my truck I went inside to get the pig tain needed to connect the electrical components to the truck. I was told that I had to buy the pi tail for $15.00. To me I feel that this should have been included with the dolly rental.LYMAN H.

Indiferent people at this office. Asked to use the restroom when we we arrived and was told the door was locked. No restroom. When the man came in from the parking lot to get the order for the truck he also said the restroom door was locked. A gentleman came out of the back office, we asked if he had a key, and he said "it isopen" It was open... The job was done and we had no problem. Just a blah experience.DAREN H.
Your entire website and phone system was down when I returned my truck. As results your company charged my additional fees that should not have occurred. I had even call the location to ensure I would not be charged for U-Haul's system failure but I was charged. This is not even to mention I had to clean the truck out when I got it cause it was dirty. I will not be doing business with U-Haul in the future. These illegal charges need to be refund!Jaime L.

The mileage on the contract when I picked it up was 5180 and that was wrong, I didn't notice because when I picked it up I was only given a text for the contract, after dropping it off and seeing the in miles compared to the out miles I realized it.ARMIN S.

My appt was for 9am but no one showed up till 9:30am. Also nothing was explained on how to use the equipment that I rented. A big disappointment... but this has been my experience every time I visit a U-Haul store.ADRIAN B.
There were no clear instructions on the check in or that the truck had to be picked up at the exact time or the code would not be given. The equipment was loaded on an incorrect truck and only half the moving blankets were provided. When calling the contact at Al's, he was not helpful in retrieving the code. The uhaul customer service woman was incredibly helpful in resetting my code and solving the problem. The only redeeming quality was the truck and equipment was in good condition.Hannah D.
The only complaint I have is that the hours of operation were not correct on the website. To be fair, I reserved my truck online on a Sunday, which is a day that the location was not open so they were unaware that I would be there at 9am. They did show up at 9:30 and after that everything went smoothly. Fortunately the size of truck that I wanted was available. The owner was very friendly and the office staff was professional.Linda Q.

We had called Arlington location to reserve a truck. They switched pick-up location without telling us. We has difficulty getting into truck and when we called location number the guy that answered the phone would not help us and referred us to National number. When I called back a second time I finally reached someone to help. Would never use this location a again. Also do not understand how they can change pick up locations to a different place 30 minutes across Dallas even after I had spoke to original location when I booked it close to where we needed to pick up truck. It would appear that they also run a party bus rental business and a "limo" (black car) rental business. There wasn't a good place to park and the staff was standing around outside not wanting to be helpful. I would rather drive further to find a real UHaul dealer.Katelyn S.

The truck was brand new with only 1,000 miles on it. It has more power than expected and was super clean and still had that new car smell.
