I can't think of anything that can be improved. One of my trucks broke down. I had to have a truck very quickly. I explained it to the lady and she took care of me as fast as she could get me in and out quickly. Awesome service!

I feel like I'm being charged a hefty wrong drop off fee when the uhaul the truck got dropped off was on the literal other side of a building. It was an easy mistake on the part of my authorized driver. I'm extra confused because the signage isn't the clearest, it was dark, and I returned the truck with more fuel than what it started at. When I first got the truck I walked around the neighborhood for ten minutes with my suitcases in hand trying to locate it. There are trucks on various streets in the neighborhood. It was an honest mistake, but hopefully one that didn't incur a lot of effort on the uhual employees time considering the truck was less than a block away. I can't be the first person to make this mistake in this neighborhood considering there are three different uhual joints within a minute of a walk.
BRYAN OThere wasn't a knowledgeable associate to properly assist with the hook up for the auto to the trailer. By the time I returned to my location to complete my load the strap to the auto tire was loose. I had to call roadside assistance to help. After waiting a half hour for the tech he had to have me take the auto off the ramp ans redo the process. He secured the car, but the brake was on having to have my auto lock up. By the time I made it to my destination my auto brake and steering lights were illuminated, then my engine light was on - which theses lights have NEVER BEEN on. Now I have to take my auto to the dealership for repairs that I did not need prior.
KAREN SI came in to return it at 4:55 pm. The I returned it on the white line that it was on when I picked it up. It also had a signification error message about the gas cap. I informed the lady. She said it was ok. I took it and returned the truck. A another lady said I would be charged an additional $23 due to not enough gas. I explained and she said it was my fault for not verifying prior to taking the truck. I showed her my receipt where the first lady circled where the gas needed to be. She said well it's still charging me the excess amount. I said ok I'll go put more and she said ok and just bring it back for check in. I took the truck about 1 mile down the street and put gas pass the 3/4 needle instead of on it. I took it back and no one wanted to help. The lady was taking another truck somewhere. The other two people inside attempted to have me self check. The refused to help while sitting in the office and one working guy debating some other customer about something else. He said download the app. What?????? after realizing they were terrible at customer service, i tried downloading. At this point it charged me some absurb amount. I waited. and the first lady returned. She went ahead and helping me. The customer service is TERRIBLE UPON RETURN.
Six SOnly reason the location was chosen was due to the availability of cargo van. Found out that unless you have a Texas license, the van was not available to rent. If this is the policy, should be clearly stated on the reservation website.
YONG KThe employee could not find the truck initially assigned to us, so we had to wait while she got a different truck ready and had to take a trailer off the back of it. We had requested dollies, but they did not have any available when we arrived.

STARLA RThe quality of the truck was deplorable at best! Breaks were bad. Had to drive slower than normal to prepare to stop because it took time before the breaks engaged! Also when the truck was in the off position and I touched just the break to start, without using the key, it made a loud weird sound. The driving counsel had a bunch of exposed wires at the bottom. When steering hard left or right it would make a loud whaling sound. The ramp did not work which made the move difficult. The movers were shocked at the condition of the truck. I was embarrassed for uhaul. Returning the truck was a hassle with no available parking in the lot. In my opinion this truck was unsafe to drive and needs to be decommissioned. I will never rent from this facility again. Worst experience ever!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
BIANCA PI wish I read reviews instead of being in a hurry. This location is poorly poorly managed and also uncharged my rental because of their mismanagement. No one really runs this location with professionalism. Read on for my experience: I rented a van for 9am (hour the office "zoo" opens) I arrived a at 9:10 and there were 3 customers already in line waiting for someone to open or manage this office correctly. A customer told me a manager was coming in 15 min. Now they had waited longer than I. This crazy woman (office lady) drives up in her black suv and says shes also is now waiting on the manager for keys lol. Then some hispanic man in a truck randomly opens the door (not the manager). Walking in I couldnt believe I was in an office, looked like a zoo with this massive bird cage in the background. Fast- forward to being serviced the office lady grabbed uhaul truck keys from A BUCKET! By the time i was helped it was 9:50a. The manager (a middle eastern man) came in not evening helping his assistant or acknowledging customers. He was rude to the office lady, and just moved like a turtle. Definitely no apologies. I was running late as it was and grabed my keys and took the van I reserved. I looked in the back of the can & it was DIRTY with a gross pillow, trash, cardboard etc. Ive never seen such poorly managed uhaul service. I left to do my move & returned the vam just as it was given to me plus extra gas. Once i recieved my receipt via email it had an upcharge of a cleaning charge FOR THIER LACK OF CLEANING THEIR OWN VEHICLES. I called and they said they couldnt credit me back anything. So i urge you dont rent anything here. Uhaul needs to end their partnership with this crappy shop that is just a side job for a limousine service.

Rachel LThere were 3 different locations on the same street that had Uhauls. You had to actually look for the address and the parking lot to return. There was also a vehicle hanging out at the drop off location that was weird. Shady area. Glad we weren't alone.

ABDALLAH RI had a reservation. The nice lady at the location was unable to complete my rental until I called Uhaul customer service and clear up balance on the account. Wait time was literally 25 minutes. Uhaul as a company should have an alert, reminder, text or something in place so things can be taken care of prior or allow any, if prior balance to be taken care of on the spot. Not jump on the phone and wait to speak to someone else.

Enedia ICheck-out process > 30 minutes! Computer was slow/not working, asked for 3 contact names when we were only renting for a few hours, was told that a utility dolly was probably not available ( I declined a search for one by this time), 1st truck was boxed in by other trucks so had to get another one.
Peter CI had to retrieve the vehicle myself because the prissy doll in the office couldn't move the vehicle due to rain. The vehicle was parked in a foot of water because the driveway was sunk in and flooded. I had no choice but to soak my shoes to retrieve the vehicle.

What I also can say is, this location is immensely interesting...they have this amazing indoor glass room filled with exotic looking birds...the owner and his team are all intriguing in their own way of some sort... as if they stepped off of a Miami style movie set with a story to tell. Overall, everything was great...a little fun even...if the boss wasn't so scary.

I drove from Texarkana to Dallas and didn't receive an email to self check until the next day. I called the Dallas location to let them know I had dropped off the truck on Saturday, 2 days before it was due back. The gentleman and I use the term very loosely was extremely rude and cursed me out and called me a stupid bitch. I was left in tears and will never use their location again; for anyone reading this don't do business with them they treated me like I was less than human, I was humiliated to say the least. I also reported this location to the Uhaul.com customer service line.

Vitor RIt was not a smooth transaction, I've rented U-Haul for some time and know the process very well. I arrive to do the mobile pick up and for some reason was transferred to a hand deliver pick up so went inside the guy at the desk is yelling over the phone in his prospective language but had an elderly couple sitting at his desk. To me that's extremely unprofessional for someone to do, it's a respect thing if you need to have a personal call take it behind closed doors especially if you're going to be yelling on the phone. I ask to see if there's any way to get the truck when I scheduled it for mobile pick up and now it's not. Says she won't be here till 10:30 and says u need to do the process, I had already submitted my information on the app as I have previously done many times. He gets frustrated and says let me check and submits everything and gives me the keys. Turns out the truck is not even on site so we go back ima Mr he works on getting me a different truck. No new contract was given to me on the new car number just a take a picture of the gas and mileage for your records. Then wasn't told that the dolly I had requested was not there and he just took off the contract, again didn't have any new contract for the truck. Gives me the keys I check the back it's dirty unfortunately I didn't take pictures of the back I was just fed up. Then I check my app and I was going to originally drop off at another location but this was changed to theres and I had to call back to confirm I was still able to drop off at the other location. Customer service has just gone to shit in this country and it's not suppressing that this location was giving horrible customer service. Communication to your client about what is happening to there order is top priority but I guess common sense is also out the window. This place is horrible I will not recommend them to anyone nor do I plan on ever using that location again. The drop off location was very helpful tho, spoke tot he associate assured me I'm good to drop off at this location and handled it smoothly. The fact that you have an employee sitting in front of an elderly couple yelling on the phone in another language is very rude and unprofessional I would have fired his ass if he worked for me that would never fly in my world but again customer service just isn't the same anymore.

Finally someone arrived and was simply told to park it and close out the rental on the app. No assistance in unhooking or with the app. I'm a first time renter. Parking was at an incline, no chock blocks provided. I had to find two large stones to keep the trailer from rolling.

Then had me call traffic control and then sent me 45 minutes from my home. Then you charge me more than what I was supposed to be charged coupled with. Supposedly I was going to get $50 for something Cost me a day on my vacation at $750 a night and then you require me to drive two hours to return it from My Home. I hate your service and I will make it known on every social media I can. Your service absolutely sucks and I've emailed I've called I've talked on chat through Facebook. I've done every way and anything I can to communicate with y'all and yet all I get is please give us 3 to 5 business days. This is the worst company I've ever seen in my life and I promise you I will make it my mission to let all know how horrible y'all are
Brandon WHad a very bad interaction with a person at this location. This person was trying to take my uhaul claiming to be a uhaul staff and it was already after hours. Was not able to identify himself as a uhaul employee but kept insisting he was. The person even tried getting into the truck without my permission and that when we stopped him. Proceeded to return uhaul throught the self drop off but terrible and scary experience.
Juan CI was charged for 3 day Cargo rental when I only had it for 7 hours. Called to speak to business and was told my invoice was closed and there nothing they can do!!! I only drove 51 miles and was almost $200 bucks
