Instructions on vehicle features… in particular the tow/haul button on the stalk was difficult to locate and needed to be disabled each time I started the vehicle.

April H.We had our reservation canceled twice prior to today. When we went in today, they had a box trailer reserved for us instead of the utility trailer we reserved. We were able to take a utility trailer out at the last minute, but had to bring it back by early afternoon, since it was reserved for 2 pm. This inconvenienced us and put a lot of pressure on us to rush and complete our errands in a few hours. I would not use or recommend UHaul again.
David M.I will never ever again recommend U-Haul to anybody. Your customer service averages 45 minutes on hold and your customer service agents just pass you from person to person. Horrible experience top to bottom. I will make sure and post on every social media feed I have how horrible U-Haul is to deal with.

Vitelia L.Not offering parking for me was inconvenient. Went down the street to park by a apartment complex. Wasn't too far but just not what I planned on. The vehicle itself was not clean on the inside. I didn't care cause I'm just using it for the day but it was odd. What did bother me was the pictures of the truck were from the summer so I had to dispute all pics and upload current ones. Again, not a huge thing but annoying to me. I do love the online checkin aspect of it. Great technology. They helped me get the truck out as it was sitting on ice and wouldn't move without some salt behind the tires.

GIL G.I move a ski shop twice a year, and always use this location. Always the best in the area, but especially this time. The absolute best customer service and worked with my crazy schedule.
Brian B.To start I got a message to call a uhaul customer service, when I called I was told the 26' truck that I reserved a month in advance would not be available for me to pick up at my location in gypsum and told there was one available in grandjunction which is about 2 hours away, so was offered a 15' truck. I went to my pick up location in gypsum the day before I was supposed pick up the vehicle to make sure they would have a truck and fill out any paperwork and give them a copy of my license. I was told that there would be no trucks of any size for me to pick up Friday. I then found a 26' truck in glenwood springs for pick up Friday morning. So after getting the truck in glenwood I went to my storage unit which was my original pick up location, and saw a 26' a 15' trucks, felt personally that my time was wasted and charged for the extra mileage. Personally feel like it was more of the locations fault than uhaul it's self, but do think the system of keeping track of the vehicles doesn't work all to well, also if the only 26' truck was available in grandjunction it should have been delivered to my pick up location.
