Have truck parked in lot, or clearly communicate that the truck is not in the lot when using online check-in to avoid spending 10 minutes looking for the truck, then another ten retrieving it from a different location then the reverse when returning it.Braden M.

Absolutely the worst experience I could ever imagine going through as a customer. This amazingly incompetent hot headed sad little person, too lazy to grab a dolly for the trailer, comes out and completely and impressively displays unprofessional and sheer lazy actions, complete with swearing, slamming chains and damaging things trying to drop the trailer off. If you don't want to provide this U-Haul services at your pathetic little chop shop, then don't. Save the customers some trauma.Greg S.

The staff were incredibly unfriendly and almost rude. I was told the dolly was in the truck only to drive home and find out it wasn't and had to send someone back to pick it upIrma S.
Sales associate was not too friendly. Took forever to get truck checked out due to computer issues (U-Haul system I believe - not local). Truck windshield was so dirty I could hardly see out of it when driving into the sun. Wiper washers did nothing to help.Robert H.

When dropping off the truck it was difficult to get the lock box numbers to roll to different numbers when trying to close it. While attempting to get the box locked when returning the key an employee with a beard and green gauge earring pulled up and said he would take the key and deal with it. I let him know that I was not able to park the truck in the place in the spot from the morning since a tow truck had parked there. At that point the employee had a hissy fit and became loud saying that the truck was parked somewhere else that morning and I was lying. Pictures prove that wrong. Then he started in on saying use the white lines they are parking spaces. Guy was a complete dick. Someone returning a moving truck already had a long day and to have to deal with some guys shitty attitude is poor service. I will not use this location again.scott K.
I would recommend this location only because it is the only place in town. If they had competition, perhaps they would be more welcoming of their customers. They provided no parking on their lot for me when I picked up the U-Haul vehicle for a few hours of use, but had neglected to tell me in advance that I'd have to drive back across the highway several blocks, up a hill, to park my car on a neighborhood street and walk back to the dealership before I could pick up my rental. And when I questioned that policy a bit, since they had about 10 open parking spots on their lot, their response was "Yeah, that's what we [i.e. employees] have to do, too." But ... they are not customers!! At the very least, they could tell people in advance that this is the arrangement. I was short on time, and if I had known how complicated it would be, I could have allowed extra time and parked my own vehicle first before arriving at their door for my rental vehicle.Barbara D.

clean the vehicle , check fluids , I ran out of windshield fluid immediately and even went back in to make sure I would not get charged for the disgustingly dirty vehicle I was rented. Sad and lazy.Thomas D.

I stopped in to confirm my reservation a week before I needed the vehicle - which was a good thing, as the store did not have a 26' truck on hand nor were they expecting to get one. Fortunately, Dan was able to get one from another location and I had everything I needed when the day arrived.MASON H.

Better customer service would be better. People who get cars need to check the gas tank right when they get the car because it will be empty and they'll charge it like full. Overall the customer service was horrible. This place tries to charge you too much for anything.Ignacio G.

Although I have had TERRIBLE service from Uhaul corporate staff and would never recommend anyone deal with them, this independent dealer and their team are excellent. After getting to our destination, we realized we had a flat tire. We emptied the trailer and called Uhaul to dispatch someone from the Glenwood springs location. He came to change the tire, but when asked why he couldn't take the trailer back with him as well, he said â€œthey don't pay me to do thatâ€. After he changed the tire, I practically followed him as he went straight back to the uhaul drop off location. He was very rude with poor customer service throughout that experience, but then, after dropping off the trailer he tells me I have to fold the moving blankets or it's a 2 dollar charge. I wouldn't have minded folding them had I known that prior, but I did not, nobody informed me. So he makes me (a 22 year old female) sit in the parking lot after dropping off the trailer and fold the moving blankets while he stood there and watched. I don't know what kind of place you are running here, but it was completely rude and unprofessional and I will not be using uhauls services again.Robin D.

The original truck I had reserved (26ft) was no longer available for the day I requested it (Sat 9/26). The next truck available was on Monday and only a 15ft. Not only did I lose the moving help I had hired for Sat since they were not available for Monday, but the truck was much smaller (15ft) which required more trips. U-haul was very pleasant in how they handled the situation, and fortunately I was able to move my moving day to Monday, but I could see this being a huge problem if the moving date would not be able to be changed. Not sure what could have been done differently in order to prevent this type of situation from occurring to someone else.Monica P.

The cab of the truck had not been disinfected and had food stains from previous renters. The customer service agent told me he wiped the steering wheel. How can your company not disinfect the cabs given Covid? I CLEANED IT. Not what I paid for.Myra O.

I had a confirmation for a 26' truck and the day before pick up was told one that size was not available. I had to travel 30 miles to get one that size. I did the 24/7 as pickup was after business hours and after checking in at the pickup location it took 50 mins And 2 really long holds on the phone line to open the old lock box Only to get into the cab and it smelled of animal excrement. To add to all this I ordered 24 blankets and none were in the truck.Benjamin S.

Very rude and bad attitude while I was asking questions being a first time customer at a u-haul center and had never rented a Car-Dolly before.
