The gentleman who assisted me was extremely friendly and helpful. I will use this location again. Although I have had TERRIBLE service from Uhaul corporate staff and would never recommend anyone deal with them, this independent dealer and their team are excellent. Uhaul corporate should take training from the team at Alpine Motors.

There is no on site parking if you are picking up and returning at this location! I got charged for items that I did not receive. Was told it was my fault I didn't receive it. Sales persons was very rude! I will never use this location again!

After getting to our destination, we realized we had a flat tire. We emptied the trailer and called Uhaul to dispatch someone from the Glenwood springs location. He came to change the tire, but when asked why he couldn't take the trailer back with him as well, he said “they don't pay me to do that”. After he changed the tire, I practically followed him as he went straight back to the uhaul drop off location. He was very rude with poor customer service throughout that experience, but then, after dropping off the trailer he tells me I have to fold the moving blankets or it's a 2 dollar charge. I wouldn't have minded folding them had I known that prior, but I did not, nobody informed me. So he makes me (a 22 year old female) sit in the parking lot after dropping off the trailer and fold the moving blankets while he stood there and watched. I don't know what kind of place you are running here, but it was completely rude and unprofessional and I will not be using uhauls services again.

The original truck I had reserved (26ft) was no longer available for the day I requested it (Sat 9/26). The next truck available was on Monday and only a 15ft. Not only did I lose the moving help I had hired for Sat since they were not available for Monday, but the truck was much smaller (15ft) which required more trips. U-haul was very pleasant in how they handled the situation, and fortunately I was able to move my moving day to Monday, but I could see this being a huge problem if the moving date would not be able to be changed. Not sure what could have been done differently in order to prevent this type of situation from occurring to someone else.

The cab of the truck had not been disinfected and had food stains from previous renters. The customer service agent told me he wiped the steering wheel. How can your company not disinfect the cabs given Covid? I CLEANED IT. Not what I paid for.

I had a confirmation for a 26' truck and the day before pick up was told one that size was not available. I had to travel 30 miles to get one that size. I did the 24/7 as pickup was after business hours and after checking in at the pickup location it took 50 mins And 2 really long holds on the phone line to open the old lock box Only to get into the cab and it smelled of animal excrement. To add to all this I ordered 24 blankets and none were in the truck.

Upon arriving it was extremely difficult to even find a place to park. The UHaul clerk lacked any type of personality - never greeted never spoke a word until this is your cost - sign. Professionalism did not exist.

Very rude Manager Dan I believe his name was. I felt discriminated for my skin color being brown. Very rude and bad attitude while I was asking questions being a first time customer at a u-haul center and had never rented a Car-Dolly before. Made me feel so bad and wonder how many other Latino-Mexican people he has made feel the same. What a shame!!! Wouldn't recommend only because of customer service other wise good quality Car-Dolly Thank You!

These are great guys. I've rented from them before. Very helpful. Equipment is there, versus being directed to another location. Call them direct. The reservation system on U-Haul is Terrible.

Windshield and interior were filthy, the Vans Brakes had clearly been overheated by a previous customer which created a vibration during braking. The Van was very expensive at .40 cents a mile over dissatisfied with the rental experience.

As always your subcontractors, the people at the pickup and drop off locations, etc are great. Your website and all of the automated stuff - not so much. I have rented from U-haul several times and every time you have stumbled over pickup and drop off locations and times. Reserving the equipment on your website is a headache because it is cumbersome and not fully functional - the user ends up having to call you to get certain things done. In the age of the Covidian Invasion, when you are trying to automate things as much as possible, you need either REALLY good software or plenty of easily accessible human help, and you have neither.

I tried to self return through my phone But couldnt get a inter-net connection. (it seems to be a dead spot through no fault of this location) However if there was an open wi-fi connection at this location it would be helpful!. When the shop opened they quickly processed my return and I had no problems with their excellent service.
