It was very frustrating to call the 800 number and stay on hold for hours at a time and even then not getting anyone. The location was closed almost the entire week so I couldn't speak to anyone there either. :/Deirdre M.

I don't understand why there was a weird â€œapprovalâ€ process added when I came to pick up the truck. That should have been taken care of when i reserved it. Uhaul made me lose a half hour of 3rd party laborers on the clock because uhaul was screwing me around when it should have just been a simple pickup.Michael K.

All storage at the lakes was excellent. However the uhaul mobile website kept crashing and I had to keep resubmitting photos and waiting for the webpage to load and each time I had to start from the beginning. Also I had reserved a sprinter van with a high top but had gotten a shorter version. I had no problems fitting everything in but the extra head room would have saved me some time. 5/5 ðŸ'ðŸ»Brandon L.

The interior in the cockpit & in the cargo area were very clean. However the exterior, especially on the hood & the bumper areas were full of dead bugs. Another thing, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, not sure if it was sanitized accordingly or not since there wasn't any indication nor information nor ads from U-Haul in TV, YouTube, etc that you sanitize the truck.Nur A.

Please make sure the equipment isn't in need of an oil change, and please specify with customers at checkout if the item is required to be returned in town. Also, when i called this location on multiple occasions (not every time) the person who answered said that they don't rent uhauls at this location, only do storage. Made me stressed and had to call the nedt day usually to talk to someone who knew how to access my reservation or call uhaul customer service General line, which was unnecessary and time-consuming.SOPHIA ALEXANDRA P.

WORST UHAUL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! :( 1) THIS TRUCK IS NOT SAFE TO RENT OUT!! The steering column lock is broken. The steering column does NOT LOCK at all and the key will not turn. The truck does NOT turn on without putting ALL of your weight (my husband 6'+/240# had to because I was unable too) in order to engage the ignition. We did not fill up the gas tank even when turning it in because we were so afraid of not being able to start it and get it back to the location. We almost called a tow truck because it took so long and so many attempts to start the truck to return it. 2) The app would NOT work for either check-in or check out at this location. I had no issues with any service running on my phone anywhere in town the entire day. 3) The lady who checked me out was not helpful either. She was nice enough but not helpful at all. She was especially NOT helpful when the truck wouldn't start. She told me "Oh, it will start you just have to pull on the steering wheel really hard." After I went back in again, she came out and hung all of her body weight on the Truck and started it, said " See, you just have to pull really hard. " WORST UHAUL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!KIMBERLY LEE J.

Made a reservation got confirmation from email. Pick up was 6 PM got there they were closed. Called before I got there to tell them I would be 20 minutes late I arrived at 6:26 PM. Place was closed. Use the phone that was provided outside the business. Britney said they close at 4:30 I told her when I made the reservation I we asked what time they closed they said 7 o'clock. She told me did you download the app I said no I've never had to do that before I have used U-Haul 20 times in 20 years. So she said you need to download the app and use the self check out to get your vehicle. Two hours later finally I get everything to work. Had to call the helpdesk for them to fix it. So with that being said was not happyWilliam W.

The floor of the van I rented was dirty. It needed to be swept. and the exit driveway is so steep it can easily damage the bottom of a vehicle. Indications on the asphalt can verify my concern.Sharon Y.

I put on about 13 MI on the vehicle they charged me for 25 they even had 20 listed on the invoice which was wrong, they didn't give me paperwork when I left the office,they refused to work with me on the miles I ended up paying an extra $10 which I shouldn't have to pay I will never ever go to that location again representative and I return my vehicle was very unknowledgeable and had me there for an hour while you had somebody on the other line walking him through what to do on the computer my rental should have cost about $40 total instead of cost me over 50. She recreated the whole trip since we have the truck that we put on about 13 miles. Next time I'll go to pence or budgetGARY L.
