Very good experience. Truck was very easy to drive, even fully loaded. All personell were very helpful and friendly. Overall a very good company.

Brenda L | ReservationStaff was super kind and helpful with setting g up our tow dolly and made sure everything was working before we left. Only thing is they didn't have enough furniture dolly's/blankets, but they were able to refund that part of our reservation.
Luca BDidn't get vehicle I requested..months in advance, but ended up two days prior getting a 20 footer and trailer to pull, which sucks more gas..Vehicle gas gage was not functioning correctly, hard to put gas in fyi..probably air in tank. Drop off point was a fiasco. Wasn't thepdrop off place to fault, U- HAUL HAD ME droppi g trailir one place, drop another..then was gonna charge me for the extra mileage for their lack of even fair let alone good customer service. .. as if moving isn't stress ful enough. Then where i picked up unit and truck..after explaining to people behind desk where I would be coming from and going, apparently they can't figure even close mileage..because I get drop kicked with additional mileage fees. So then I call corporate office to have your poor unhelpful so called Customer Service ..tell me there's nothing I can do to help you...until you close out..meaning UHaul takes my money , then. You'll deal with my concerns about poor truck and over charges, ..?? And not even give me a link to Mu email address so I can file a complaint.?? What crap?? .
PAUL HEmployee was zero help with trailer installation and answering questions and we were charged 300$ more then quoted.
Ashli FI have used UHaul Several times in the last few years and never had any issues. I was sent to a location I had never been. When given the truck I did ask, "I fill the truck back up with gas, correct?" The gentleman responded, "It may not have quite a full tank, so just to where the tank is at now." The truck I was given had a little under 1/4 tank of gas. NEVER have I been recharged an additional amount after using a truck, but this Monday morning I saw I received an additional $20+ fee. When I emailed questioning this, I did receive a response, but when questioned why I was receiving additional gas fee no return response was given. Typically, I have enjoyed the ease of UHaul, but if this was my usual experience with UHaul I would not be a return customer.

Steve MCab of truck was very dirty, both driver and passenger side. Box wasn't swept out. Didn't look like the truck had been washed recently. All went well on the app and the location was convenient.

Alan H | Overall ExperienceThe hours on their webpage and U-Haul's app said open till 4:00. I got there a little after 3:00 and no one was there. Felt very uncomfortable dropping and going without a live person to check me in.
Bob HI recognize it is difficult to staff locations, but the website says the location is open until 5. I got a text from UHaul requesting to return our equipment early so other families can use it. I called the location before 430 and left a message and got to the location prior to 5 but no one was available. the hours on the store front said it opened at 8 a.m., but didn't actually open the next day until 9.

dave dHonestly this was a great storage facility. We had a couple different units. The staff was always very helpful answering questions, fixing anything that was wrong, and communicating. They always answer the phone and usually can help you with whatever you are calling about right away! I would highly recommend and we will use in the future. ¡Gracias!
Trena L | Overall ExperienceThe tank wasn't full. There was no third seat for my passenger when I was told prior to pick up that it did. There was a bag of garbage in the cab area and there was no snow or ice scraper for the windahield. The passenger door seal made so much noise while driving, we tried to use tissue to help reduce sound, to no avail. Not pleased with this whole experience.

RICHARD GAllow the option for extended borrowing. Due to the military move and their timelines, I couldn't get the equipment back in 5 short days and because of that I'm charged extra through no fault of my own
Chandra SI was very disappointed that the truck did not come with a full gas tank. It is difficult, if not near impossible, to return a partially filled vehicle with the same amount of gas as when it was picked up.

ROSA OLet people clearly know that equitment exact equitment at exact location is not guaranteed. Make sure you are not charging customers extra unasked for fees, and when they ask to get them removed remove them.

ARJAY ETruck wheel bearing nearly came off while I was on the highway. Autoshop said it was held on by the break clamp only. That is not a well maintained truck
KOLE DThe tow dolly was missing the right tail light at time of pickup. The chains for below the car also were missing the rubber stopper. The staff was great but the equipment was in poor shape.

SCOTT DReviewing my receipt and notice a 10.00$ fee for 'Missing/damage' fee?! Upon my return of the trailer - it was inspected and the attendant did not mention it to me. Yet you proceed to swipe 10.00$ off my account . Fraudulent behavior
LINET AThe gentleman I talked to prior to dropping the truck off and after dropping the truck off had no customer service skills whatsoever. When he answered the phone it was just hello. I wasn't certain if I got a hold of U-Haul or not I had to ask.

SIRYVONNE BTell a customer the full check in/out process especially when there is no one in the building to help. I was not aware of certain policies for checking out, like taking a picture of the odometer. All I was told was to lock the door and put the key in the security box. Even a 'don't turn in the key until the online return process is done' would have been helpful.

Christy WThey assisted us in loading the car and making sure it was secure! I did not get the truck I reserved nor did I get the pickup location i had requested. i am not sure why you switch these items with out informing me! We had to go to multiple locations to get boxes and packing supplies!
