Lock on box was next to impossible to open, lift gate was literally frozen closed. No ice scraper and I needed one.

I got there at 10 minutes till 5 and they close at 5 but it was already closed. I did not like having to check the truck back in online and take pictures. Maybe it was because of the parade but that’s the only thing that upset me

I made an extra trip to drop off my personal car before the U-Haul so I could return during normal business hours to ensure it was personally checked in. I went out of the way to fill up the truck before dripping off as the location does not have fuel nearby. I based it off the miles-to-empty gauge which seemed accurate during my 600 mile one way trip, and the fuel gauge was hard to read being a digital gauge. When I dropped off the truck, the person behind the counter would not get up to check in the truck personally and blamed it on the dog they had with them. I showed them my pictures of the fuel gauge and made it clear I based it on the miles to empty which was 5 miles over what it had been when I picked up the truck and the gauge looked close to me to where it had been when I picked it up. Without notification, this location charged me for fuel on my card. This easily could have been dealt with if the person had checked me in as was expected during business hours as I could have run and got a couple more gallons of gas if expected. I called the location when I saw the charge on my card, and they then told me and told me I could call U-Haul. I did call U-Haul and they credited me back the charge. I'd steer clear of this location and use the corporate location on Noland.

Let customers in advance know that you can not leave your vehicle at the facility even for the 12 hours i rented the truck. I had to drive the uhaul to my house and come back to pick up my car then go back to move. It's very inconvenient not knowing that before getting there. Otherwise the facility is great

Hands down the best Uhaul experience ever. Quick, clean, efficient, great communication, accurate billing, kind. If I need a Uhaul again, I might be tempted to drive out of my way to rent from this location again, that's how pleasant the process and experience was with this location!

As far as improvements, I have no suggestions or complaints. I would like to comment on the young lady that helped me through this transaction. She has a very upbeat personality and is VERY knowlegable of her job! It was a pleasure doing business with her.

Convenient, safe, clean, spacious. The online payment system works perfectly, complete with monthly reminders. The facility manager does a great job; friendly, organized, responsive. Simply put, this is the best outdoor storage facility in the KC metro!
