Louis SBest U Haul (or any truck rental, for that matter) location I have ever used. Rented one many years ago there, and have found the people and service there to be above and beyond every time! I will be back any time I need a truck or trailer in the future, and always tells friends and neighbors about them.

Christopher WI rented this auto transport on Sunday afternoon to move a 2012 Ford f150 4 door standard bed. Upon arriving at loading location we became aware that the f150 would never fit on this auto transport. It would be helpful if the rental system would notify the authorized dealer that this vehicle will not fit... Or any others that won't fit. We had to then drive back to the U-Haul location to return the trailer for full refund. Still awaiting refund.
luther bI reserved a car hauler 2 days before pickup. The owners had left town and left the store with their mother in charge. She originally told me I could not pick up the unit because she didn’t know how to process it. I finically talked her into letting me hook it up and her daughter processed the rental over the phone. Took forever.
mike WThis pickup location is filthy, and smells like a litter box. After doing the paperwork for the U-Haul, the worked pulled it around front and opened the back. It had boxes in it that were removed, but the back of the truck was filthy. The cab of the truck smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke, and was very dirty and disgusting. I was also informed that they didn’t have a utility dolly, and was supplied an appliance dolly that made my move more difficult than it should have been. The back of the truck also leaked, and everything of ours that was placed in “moms attic” got soaked.
karry aWas slow service. Had to wait on a friend of owner to get off the computer . And then they tell me drive around back and was done bout backed in to one when i was told wrong one and was nothing but a mud pit. And luckily I had a 4wd or would been stuck . Ended up with mud all over truck

David LI had requested Wise, VA, but evidently truck was not available there, so I had to go to Norton. No fault of the pick up location. She was very nice and helpful.
APRIL HThere isn't anything to improve on at this location.
Michele EThe cab of the truck was full of dog hair, which got on everything. Additionally the truck stank of animal. The store may not have noticed the smell since it is an indoor farm supply with animals in the store. They re-entered my order, costing me around $50 more than my online reservation. They said this was because my order was location had been changed, even though this change was against my wishes. I was also told there would be an inspection to make sure my vehicle was loaded onto the car hauler correctly and safely; however, they never came back out. The fuel in the truck was slightly lower than the contract showed. I've never had problems with Uhaul before. I believe it is just this location.

JOYCELEON SThe location is a small dealer in a small town. I wouldn't recommend it except for locals in the town. I went there because they were the only location with the trailer I needed after the location I originally reserved the trailer from rented the only one they had.

Chris DI thought the price was too high for the 20’ U-Haul. Only had the truck for less than 5 hours and only put 75 miles on it. Was charged over $100 plus $32 for insurance, and ended up putting in $30 gas. $162 was too much for just 5 hours and 75 miles.

Matthew B11.50 for 2 gallons of gas? I put gas in it before I returned it. The gas gauge for how many gallons to put is incorrect because I put more than it recommended and I still got charged outrageously. They didn’t have the dolly I needed. Will not be using their services ever again.

TANYA EWhen I returned the truck it was a hair below 1/4 tank, when I picked it up it was bone dry. I was told I only needed to return the truck with as much gas as it had when I got it. Than I got hit with a $60 gas fee.
