When having to turn it in before a agent in billing never picked up, used the excuse that now that it was turned in couldn't change credit cards. I ask for a Manager to call me back. Escalated it and they had John call me back, which he was as useless as the five that were standing around not doing anything in the Ft. Worth terminal. I have refused the charge on my Credit card that I used and told John if U-Haul wanted to be paid to call me back so we can put it on the card I want to us. I have used U-Haul for years, but after this incident, I want come close to U-Haul location. Please let Tom know at the 2460 Business Hwy 65, STE 101, Hollister, MO location, did a excellent job and he did what he could. I hope everyone in Ft. Tom is very knowledgeable and perfusate. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. He ask where is was going after a small discussion we adjust to time frame to assure availability and return time. When I returned, shortly after hours, I placed the trailer where Tom had told me and was about to leave when he called my Name . I was surprised and he checked the trailer and I left. The cab of the truck smelled like a horse barn, but overall, was clean. The pickup was a bit frustrating as I was told I could pick it up one evening after work, but when I arrived, there wasn't a truck there for me, so I had to make another trip and return the next morning. Personnel: Very friendly and courteous, answered questions, pointed out the main features of the truck. Improvement areas: Ask customer first time user of trucks or trailer, take time to point out other features of the truck such as dome lights and buttons on dashboard for first time users. A little rush on the check out. Equipment: Truck was clean and low mileage. Truck ran well and got good gas miles. Improvement areas: In the truck passenger door had food items and wrappers left in the door. Ding/scrape on front bumper was not marked as noted damage, had personnel mark it. Fuel efficiency gage useless, better to have a readout of miles per gallon average and whether the average is trending up or down. Uhaul videos showed forearm lifting straps, yet these straps were not available at three locations in the area. Two dealers wish they had them and one had never heard of them. Ended up buying a set at a home improvement store Location: Good location, very easy to get truck in and outMark G.

This U-Haul location and staff were GREAT to work with. In fact, it was only thru their focus on service and customer care which saved this from becoming one of the most disappointing experiences I've ever had with the brand! Were it not for the quick thinking and customer service at All About Me and the gentleman managing the rental counter, I'd have TOTALLY wasted a 9 hour round-trip drive. The FULL dimensions of your trailers should be included and clearly listed with the trailer selection screen! It is deceptive to state the dimensions of a trailer, but then place the disclosure regarding the SIGNIFICANT width sacrificed at the ramp entrance to the trailer. In this instance, the 1+ ft' lost there... but only posted in an obscure place on your site where few people would ever venture to seek out this level of detail... would have prevented me from being able to load the subcompact lawn tractor w/belly mower I had rented a trailer for.BRADLEY H.
