801 lee st was an abandoned building. The app gave no clear instructions to where the drop off place for the key was. I left the key in the driver side door cup holder because I had no other option. Definitely not recommending this drop off location especially at night.

great service. i was having some technical challenges with my phone. the customer service rep was very helpful in assisting me. I also needed truck outside of normal business hours. the person came in early just to help with my rental. will surely rent from this location again.

REGINALD FThe parking break was almost impossible to release due to it being mangled. The windshield wipers were also broken. The owner was friendly but the truck itself was not in good condition.

REGINALD FGood morning, why am I being charged $117.00? There should be a note regarding a credit to my account due to the first location not putting the keys in the Dropbox and having to catch an Uber to another location which was a major inconvenience. Please explain this charge and when should I receive my credit. This location also charged me with missing equipment and nothing was missing. I want my money back. I’m never using this service again!

Lukeisha WMy complaint is more with U Haul online whom I made the reservation. I requested to pick up the trailer at Space Shop on 14th NW and received confirmation from U Haul the trailer was there for pickup. When I arrived, they had no trailers and quickly got online to divert me to Afrikan Djeli. The trailer, like others in the past felt it could use maintenance with the wheel chassis. Did not seem to roll well. The door wire counter weight was no longer functioning and I had difficulty raising and lowering the door. The 24 blankets were not ready nor were 12 clean. Because of my schedule, I accepted everything and other than what is mentioned above, the trailer completed the drive without problems. Service was good at this location, but the site could use cleaning up and making more presentfull. I will question future rentals from U Haul because of this experience. When I reserve a rental at a location, I expect the trailer or truck to be!available. Not have to drive 30 plus minutes to another location. This has happened on several of my past rentals. Not good service.
Anthony CThe name of the business (Afrikan Djeli) and address do not exist. I had to drop this off at a tire repair shop on Lee St. The people there were not helpful or friendly, just pointed to where I needed to drop the truck and key. Uhaul - please update this accordingly.

TABITHA RI did not pick this as my pick up location. It was randomly assigned by uhaul. I would not have selected it on my own. I attempted to contact this location during their posted business hours when the location was assigned to me. I was unable to leave a message because voice mail box was full. My text went unanswered. When I arrived, equipment I ordered, such as furniture pads, dolly and furniture movers were not in my truck. I took video of my horrific experience. I can’t believe this is a uhaul location.

LORI Cover charged me and they are expecting me to pay the full balance.. been renting for years with no problem to have 1 that can mess my relationship up as a frequent renter. Crazy part is i didnt even want to go with. this location in the first place, and upon arrival it dont even look professional inside. look like you walk into a dirty closet to just get keys to drive
