The equipment was in good condition, but I had such a bad experience. I was moving from Miami to Lehigh. I finally got to Lehigh after hours around 10:00 pm. I delivered all my stuff. Then I called the customer service number they told me to call. it was a machine I was not a live person. Final I got a hold of a live person. I told them I needed to drop off the truck because I was heading back to Miami the next day Saturday 1/11/20. The lady attendant gave me an address. It was more than 22 miles from my home address in Lehigh. I finally got there around 1:30 am on Saturday. This place was in a different county, Henry county. My house was in Lee county. It was freezing cold. I was outside waiting trying to figure out how to go back to Lehigh. I call 911 for assistance. I ask them I needed assistance and there was not local uber or local taxi cab available at that time. The police office said from Henry County that they were not a taxi service. Call the local taxis services in Labelle. I told him I did and I was just getting the answer machine. In the mean time I was having shortness of breath. I could not breath and it was cold and I only had a light sweater. The time was going by. I was so awful. I kept calling other taxis services. finally a taxi service from Fort Myer answer my call. They said I was so far away. It will take them like 40 minutes to get to where I was. So I continue to wait in the harsh cold night all alone. The taxi finally arrived they took me home. I got there at 4:40 am Saturday and at 7:00 am I was heading back to Miami through a local transportation company. I almost missed that paid fair. I paid that taxi service from Fort Myers the one who took me home, $38.65. What I am saying is that why you send me to such a long place to drop off the truck. Learn from this lesson, when people drop off the truck to do it to a nearby location. Think about those like myself who are coming from another city far away and they will get there after hours. Give customers with an option for a taxi service to take you home after hours. You know what the lady told when I mention to her I did not know how to get home. She said that was not her department. She did not know how to help me. I was stranded in a far away location from home. It was 1:30 am on 1/11/2020. It was cold I was not even to breath. I was having shortness of breath. I call ed local police they did not assist me. Offer a closer drop off location to customers and mean of transportation to go back home even after hours. Do not leave your customers stranded at your drop off locations. This was an awful experience. I have never in my life experience this life threatening circumstance. I hope quality control read this email and make adjustment to improve your service in this area. God bless you.Ricardo M.

Really opposite of my pick up location. Lack if customer service and almost rudeness to the point where i had to unhitch the tow dolley and manually put it in an empty location by pushing it myself since the person indicated they are not supposed to touch the equipmentEdgar T.
