The interior of the truck was disgusting. Covered in some sort of food or liquids across the floor, middle console, middle of steering wheel, entire steering it was disgusting and if I were the business owner, I would be embarrassed of the condition of my product. The car itself clearly has an alignment issue and I had to correct the steering the entire time which made me feel very unsafe and uncomfortable driving it. By not maintaining your vehicles well, you as a company introduce increased risk to not only the drivers but to all others on the road. I had to stop to get cleaning supplies and they came off black from a substantial amount of dirt and junk on it. The truck also smelt bad. As if that weren't bad enough, the sign up process was flawed and extremely inconvenient. I completed all information from home yet I had to enter the information again including payment information. When I placed my husband's information as a 'emergency contact' your website overwrote my information and reflected that he was the one renting the uhaul when that clearly was not the case. The lot attendant walked by at least 3 times and never once stopped to offer assistance. I used the chat feature for assistance and it took a lengthy amount of time to get a response which is especially disappointing considering all of the pre-work I did prior to ever submitting the rental request. I can't say that I'll ever rent a uhaul again and I definitely would not recommend your company to anyone that I cared about in the slightest. Do better. I hope your CEO or someone in upper management sees this review and takes immediate action to rectify these inconvenient and embarrassing issues.

SAMUEL Dhave the truck clean (the dog hair and smell was something else) and the items I'd requested and paid for available - and then not cancel the moving help orders when you change the location because you don' thave the truck at the right location.

LUZ CSpur of the moment. Needed to rent a truck and storage. Advantage did not disappoint. Had the truck by 11:00 am and back to put in storage. All done by 5: 00 pm. Great ladies in the office. Great price. Definitely recommend.

DWANE TThey could've told me not to parked the uhaul infront of location because they charge 25$ for it. Instead when I received my receipt I had a 25$ cleaning fee

Diego LI didn't check in online in advance because I didn't want to have to take a picture of my drivers license. But when I arrived, I was texted the link that required me to take a picture of my license right then and there. I wish that I could've just given my license to the person behind the counter and let them do the work of scanning my license. It just seems like consumers have to do everything now.

Jerome MCheck in was not easy on app. Inside truck cab was dirty on pick up. Truck itself sounded like it might break down. Location reps were nice and friendly. Chat rep wasn't helpful. Phone rep was helpful.
Michael SPick up process is difficult and the customer service transfers the caller around for simple issues.
Andrew EHorrible customer service. Had a reservation booked for a 1 way, get a call 45 minutes before I'm scheduled to pick it up saying it can only be returned to the same location and that there were no other trucks available. So I had to pay for extra gas and mileage to amend my original contract of a one way. Would not recommend. Always some bull with this company.

Rudolfo GFirst location I went to didn't have my truck that I reserved there was one sitting out there they said it was broken down the man in the location was not even aware that it was meeting maintenance then they sent me to another location assured me that my truck would be ready when I got there when I got there she had a sign on her door she would be back at 12:35 p.m. I didn't return until 1:30 I had to go way out of my way to get this truck then I was told I would get a $50 refund off of my rental and I have yet to see that on my receipt.This is not the first time I have had issues with your company.

Michelle MMy only complaint was the inside was dirty with lots of gravel, rock, and dirt. The pull out was also covered in dirt and gravel had to sweep everything out before use. Other than that service was great and the lady who helped me was amazing.
Kody TInside and outside was filthy. Windshield so bad, couldn't see thru it. Right rear tire has a slow leak.worse location I ever did business with. Also I paid for a dozen furniture pads. Only six were placed in the van.
Leonard CTruck had a crack in the windshield, was so dirty you could barely see out the windshield, cargo area was not cleaned from previous user and there was trash in the cab. Other than that, it was all good.
Andre SShowed up to uhaul pick up a couple minutes early, sign on door had a return time for 15 minutes later. Waited 45-50 minutes and called multiple times before somebody sent employee to assist with 'mobile uhaul pick up' that was still behind locked gate with no entry. Rented a dolly, dolly was not included. Was told I would not be charged for dolly, was still charged. Return went fine.
