I reserved a truck online for 4 hrs and selected the insurance option for a total of $34. When I picked it up I was told they'd charged my card a $70 deposit. I didn't question it. I returned the truck in less than 4hrs but was some how charged $80 and the reservation was changed to 8hrs without my knowledge or consent. I didn't realize it until I got home. My reservation was for a 4hr trip with a 1 pm pickup from a location that closed at 5pm. The truck was checked back in at 4:50pm the same day. How do I get refunded the money I was over-charged?Dwaine M.
I did not know this was a U-Haul option, however the lady was very friendly and quick. This facility was well maintained and looked very clean. The only thing is, it looks hidden but definitely a better option than going to Citrus. Citrus is nice but very very busy.Jesse G.

Upon arriving to the rental facility, we were not greeted and we had to tell the 3 women working there we needed to pick up the truck. We were told the truck was dirty and due to that fact we'd receive a discount on the mileage (â€œI should be here when you return the truck and I'll take care of the milesâ€). Furthermore, instead of asking for my ID to verify my identity, the woman at the front counter assumed I was not Courtney and stated â€œwe can move the reservation out of her nameâ€. I informed her I was Courtney and provided her with my identification. When we returned the truck (early) we were told we that everything was taken care of only to later receive the email receipt and be charged full price. I would like to have my mileage refunded as I was promised this would be taken care off.COURTNEY Y.

Tried returning the key but the box would not open and when I checked the truck back in it said I was done and just said don't forget to turn the key in nothing else.... Not sure if it was an error on me but I couldn't drop the key off. I'll be dropping it off first thing tomorrow when you open.ROBERT L.

Listen to the customer's explanation. I was supposed to rent the truck for 3 days or so. As soon as I got home with the truck, I was told I wasn't needed it yet. I immediately returned the truck to the same lot and spot where I got it from. I called the 800 number and spoke to a lady and told her that the truck was back in the lot that I wasn't going to need it for now and that I didn't want to be charged for a full day. She said she was going to add that information to the system. Well to my surprise the next day I received an email that I returned the truck at 3:30? When I didn't and I was charged $67.62 for 1/2 an hour? I think that it's only fair that I am charged for the miles that were added on the truck up to 10.Adriana V.

the location is not the problem. in fact, they are very pleasant and friendly. The vehicle is the problem. It was dirty, like if the previous person went four wheeling or someting and it was super dirty with dirt and soda spill and just dirty. The vehicle suck at all levels, the steering wheel was unstable, if i drove above 55 miles per hour the steering would be hard to control. it was very dangerous to drive, in addition, the driver side mirror would shake and move all over the place, there was no way to stabilize the mirror unless I duck tape it some how. I guess the tires were out of balance or alligment because i shook so bad. I did not feel safe at all to drive so missed my appointment, which cause me to have to drive an additional 25 miles round trip to meet the person i needed to meet, to pick up what i need it to meet. And i had to hire more help. This ended up costing me an additional $400 just to pick up the items I needed it. The wort part was that I did not feel safe driving this vehicle. The oil pressure light kept coming on, the air conditioner kept cutting off as well.MYRIAM B.

The location was fine, the agent did everything he could for me. When I arrived the check engine light was on the truck I was going to rent. He tried to find me another truck but was unable. He then contacted uhaul and they said I could use the truck as it was with the check engine light on. The truck worked OK, I would like to thank the agent for all he did to help me out.Neil S.

I thought it was only $19.95 in town. I rented the truck had it for about 6 hours only went from one city to the next and it cost me $150.00 it cost nothing that was advertised. I was ripped off I rented from u-haul before and it was the price advirtsed but not at this location.LaTana G.

I can't remember the gentleman's name that assisted me but he was very helpful and informative. If this review matters you can probably look up the employee that helped me and give him a payed day off or a small bonus. If he was my employee that's what I would do, if and when I need this service again I'm going there and looking for him.Anthony L.
