KENT NThe guys at Advantage auto and trailer are excellent. I had a uhaul reservation with little chiefs uhaul in Brandon, and they weren't able to help me. Advantage was able to get me on the road in time for my appointment. Will only be booking with Advantage Auto and Trailer in the future!

DARREN HI booked the van in Winnipeg 3 weeks before pick up time and i was asked to pickup from Brandon in less than 24 hours before my trip. I was literally punished and wasted my resources and time during the trip to Brandon. On getting to Brandon, I realized there a multiple vehicles of the same size in Winnipeg.

Gerry PI booked to use for one day and then I was made to book for another day pay extra and rearrange my schedule to pick up. Not happy with doing that. If I had to pick up I should have not had to pay extra for the trailer and extra taxes.

henderson gWorst experience ever your app kept kicking me out. I was an hour late from my original pick up time.. I put gas into the vehicle to the line and I was still charged an additional fuel charge. When I went to return, I could not return was hung up three times when I tried to call customer customer service. Worst experience ever will not be back. Will tell others about the lack of customer support and services. Because even after all of the complications, no one has reached out, apologized or even offered me any type of compensation. Please enjoy the additional $30 you charged me for field because that is the last of my money you will ever be getting.

James cCalled prior to picking up the trailer to ask a few questions about tie down locations and door sized. The guy on the phone was rude and had very poor customer service skills. At the time of pickup the guy that helped me process my paper work was all right. Just off putting dealing with the place once they were rude to me once already.

Cyril LI think the app and online pick up for the keys was insanely ridiculous and did not work. Took over 40 minutes go get the keys and howd to talk to 3 different people to get me the help . The the ladies on the phone were not friendly more annoyed sounding. Getting keys and the truck should not be that hard to get. I honestly was very disappointed in trying to get the keys online and app and customer service.
David KThere was a small leak in the mom's attic and a few of our boxes were wet. Nothing ruined but it was mentioned to the gentleman who did our return so hopefully they fix that. Overall though everything was good including the service.

James GHello, 1-My location was at 2005 Tracey Street, Brandon 2-I had booked a 10' truck for 10:30 AM at 2025 Lyndale Dr, Brandon, MB R7A 7K9, which is 500m from my location. 3-I reached out to them at 10:30 AM, but they didn't have a truck. Customer service found another location (770 Highland Ave, Brandon, MB R7C 1A7) which was 9km away from me! 4-I had to pay 1 hour extra to my labor ($40). I had to pay for a round trip taxi, totaling $25 + $25, to get to and return from the new U-Haul location. 5-Additionally, I had to pay an extra $15 to U-Haul due to the cancellation of my initial booking. None of these issues were my fault.

Tyler BHave a spare tire on the trailer. Its essential on long trips and prevents leaving people stranded waiting on help if they even have cell service where they are. Or at least offer it at an additional cost but it not being an option at all is a serious issue.

DAVID HBooked a 5x8 enclosed trailer. A couple days before pick-up I was informed that the trailer could be picked up 2 hours away from where I live. Why would I want to drive 4 hrs to pick up what was agreed upon weeks before? If there was an alternative to Uhual in my area, I'd give them my business. This is not the pickup locations fault. Asked if any other equipment was available and received a 4x8 that was very dirty when picked up.
Gordon WI disappointed with the vehicle, That truck need a wheel alignment, Because i tired so much but truck steering everytime goes on right side.
