SHAUN EThe uhaul had damage to it prior to me getting it. I did not have an accident or damage any of the van. I did not refuel to same place and i dropped it off at a different location. You are trying to charge me for damage that was already done to the van before i got it and charging me for having ot for weeks. This is not right and i am not paying for anything i dod not do. I am not paying for any damages. The passenger bottom mirror was broken the passenger rear side was dented and damaged and the rubber that is in the back was only half when i got it. I dont know what you are trying to accomplish here besides fraudulently charging me for someone elses accident or misuse. I extended the rental accordingly and brought it back before it was due. I will put a google review up about how bad the service is and how you treat customers if i dont get an apology and a new receipt that is accurate and not full of fraud and lies.

April SI had to travel to three separate U-haul locations in order to get everything that I reserved. The first location at 415 W 2100S did not have the truck that I reserved so they sent me to 3320 S Redwood Rd. This location had the truck but did not have any of the equipment that I had ordered. They sent me to 55 E 3900 S to pick up the dollies that I had ordered. This third location only had one dolly on site. This was a complete disaster that added a few extra hours to my day and I still wasn't able to get the right equipment that I ordered. Very poorly coordinated and an overall bad experience.
Travis MI called the location on 4/8 and told them I would be dropping off the truck that day around 5:30... they close at 6pm. I get there and no one is there. Would have been nice if someone would have told me that when I called and walked me through where I should drop off the truck, keys, etc. Anyway, I followed the instructions on the door explaining the drop off process. I left the contract and keys in the drop off box. on 4/11 I get a call from UHAUL saying I haven't dropped off the truck yet... and it was in a very accusatorial tone. When I called the number back I explained I had already dropped the truck off on 4/8. Apparently, the drop off location never updated the system. I never received a call back that everything was taken care of. I finally received an email with the final invoice. All of this unpleasantry could have been avoided if the drop off location did their job.
Lawrence FThe young man that helped us with our truck was very knowledgeable and kind. Moving is never a pleasant experience, however, his demeanor was very kind and pleasant. The only thing that could have made our experience better would have been that we got a dollie and boxes and this location did not have either one. luckily enough we had packed most everything the night before so most of our move went quite smoothly and quick. Thank you to the kind gentleman and the lovely lady that helped with the reservation process as well.
JUDY NWe scheduled the rental days in advance. When we were given the key and told which one was ours, out of all the same exact sized rentals that were parked outside, ours was the only one that had snow and hard ice completely covering the windshield. Every other one had a clear windshield and no ice on any window. The worker that checked us in didn’t offer to help though we were right in front of the window and it took about 15+ minutes before we could even leave the lot do to scraping off all the windows and windshield while the other ones around us were clear of ice and snow. The step in the back was also full of ice. Being in a state full of snow, even right after a storm, there should at least be an effort from the employees before releasing a rental to a customer for safety purposes.

Tim HThe truck I got was filthy. Floor was sticky. Cup holders were sticky. Dashboard had crumbs on it. Trash was left under passenger seat and behind the drivers seat. Hairs, short like dog hairs, were still on seat. Gas level was reported at half full but it was less, nearly a quarter of a tank less. I took pictures and notified Uhaul of trucks condition. The location where I picked up from was very impersonal. You enter the office and ring a bell and a person comes through a door and talked to me, all the while encased in a glass box. Get over this no contact thing!! If your still terrified of Corona virus/flu, you’re in the wrong business. Key was retrieved in outside box. I’ve used Uhaul before and never had these kind of issues. I think it’s time I try another company for my moving needs. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.
Scarlett SWhen I got there, no one was at the office. I had to call customer service twice for them to call the manager and get someone over. I had to wait 40 minutes to get help. Then I was told I could return the vehicle anytime before the next morning without being charged extra, but when I returned the vehicle that night I was charged for two days of usage, which is NOT what I was told. Terrible experience all around.
Jared LSigned up for the 24/7 truck share for an 8 am pick-up for 3 hours use. Showed up and tried to check in with the app but it said to wait until the location opened at 9. Waste of my time then I also had to rush because the truck was reserved for someone else at 11. Maybe the truck was turned in after hours so the facility didn't have time to put the keys in the lockbox? Whatever the case, a heads up on the app or phone saying the pickup isn't happening would have saved time and let me figure out a different plan.

Sharon CThey did not give me the utility dolly I ordered. When I called they sent me to another store, but the name/address the woman gave me didn't pull up in google. When I tried to click the reservation link you texted me, it errored out. I never got the utility dolly after all and would like to be refunded for it. I wasted an hour on the phone trying to figure this out while my friends moved and it was honestly a completely terrible experience.

Breeya MTruck was dirty inside and out, poorly taken care off! They didn’t have the equipment I wanted and still got charged for it, and then charged a $20 after hours service fee and I have no clue what that is nor was I told about it! This is the 2nd time in 2 months U-Haul has royally let me down, and will think twice before using them again!

Channa CHave someone check the gas with you as well as let you know that you need to check it in on the internet before you return the keys in the lock box no one went over that information with me no one told me I had to take a picture of the mileage nor the gas and probably has somebody tell you you need to check it in on the internet when you put it back in the company
Nichole CLocation is closed on Sunday and when you reserve on Saturday you get an after hours fee even though the next day they're open is Monday

Vance JI waited while the attendant “wiped down” the drivers console area, he apologized that the truck hadn’t been cleaned. His attempts were appreciated, however the floor and inside door panels had something sticky on them and had collected quite a bit of gunk. The storage area of truck was not swept out sufficiently.

Laura BThis was the worst situation I have ever dealt with. First, the keys to the truck couldn't be located. Next, the equipment (appliance dolly) wasn't there even though they said their system indicated they had 2. I had to take the truck 10 miles away, while be charged for those miles, just to get the dolly I needed. When I tried to verify the condition of the truck, the server errored out. When I tried to upload the fact that I turned the truck in, their system errored out. I have an exact detailed to the mile mileage report of 30 miles but they are charging me for over 100 miles. When disputing it they said I should have disputed it when checking out the vehicle but I was told nothing could be done becaues the server errored out and they had no control over the server. So I am left with no ability to advocate for myself and they are charging me for 3X the amount of miles as I actually drove. I even took screens shots of the server error on my phone but can't get anyone to call me back to escalate. This is the worst experience of my life and had only good things to think about Uhaul but if they do business with such incompetent criminals that over charge their customers then I can't do business further.

Fabian RWe dropped it off on a Sunday. They were not open. There were 3 parking spots but all full so we had to call the uhaul number. They contacted the manager who said to just park it in front of the others. Hopefully all goes well.

Gregory LThe truck I rented was double booked. I was NOT treated as a valued customer and I have rented from U-Haul many times; I was told I WAS going to have to locate another truck!! I did not make a mistake in my reservation - your company made the mistake and I was the one who was scrambling to locate another truck - your staff should have stepped up and accommodated me - the staff on site was not helpful at all (I understand it was her second day - she next comment - however she was on the phone with another employee/manager. and they didn't help either!) Luckily another truck was returned a bit early and I was able to rent that one. Make sure your staff is better trained before being left to work alone.

john mGot over charged for no reason, was told by the employee that since the zip tie was already cut off from the dolly and blanket bag I would not be charged and he didnt let me know I had to check the truck in online. He told me just to bring it back the next day, but I brought it back the same day I used it. Would be nice to get my 30 dollars refunded that was over charged.

Eric Nour original location was changed to this location at the last minute. The new location only had one truck available and it for an afternoon pick up. This caused me to lose my help and made me delay my trip. And the truck was late.
Gabriel CWhatever you do don't these guys how to load a car onto a trailer they have no idea. Everybody in the company should know how to load a car on a trailer it's not that hard.

Casey WVery friendly and courteous staff member. Computer software seemed it needed an update or something as it kept asking the same questions. Staff member was a little confused about that. Perhaps some more training is needed.
Amanda SNext time the equipment could be cleaner and maybe the system where they put the information for the truck return could be entered more efficiently, due to them thinking i did not drop if off the same day i borrowed it.
