Good customer service
Michael MWorst experience, reserved the truck at 7am, and came to pick up, but the other truck blocked my reserved truck and U-Haul representative could not give another solution! Have to wait until 9 and because of this I canceled my move!
Asylbek MSuper please lubricate your word combination locks , the one box had rusty letters that didn't easily turn, the handle to help open it needs lubrication too. I was on the phone while fighting with it with the operator & the weather rained . But I got open when it rained so lubricate those locks please, Thank you , Charlotte Thompson.

ALGIS SThe reason for my mediocre review was not the location, but you're stupid U-Haul app and mobile pick up. It sorely needs to be revamped with more explicit instructions.First of all, U-Haul has to totally redo their online reservations as it ended up being the biggest pain to do. Thank heavens there was a person there when we picked up. He was very nice. But you need to have better instructions as to what the mobile app requires. I even watched the YouTube video and it was obviously inaccurate. The truck wasold, fairly dirty inside, was showing it's 140k miles but it got the job done. Guess I can't complain given the price but you asked.

GEOFFREY GHave a parking place separate for cars your leaving while taking rental vehicles out, or have a sign somewhere telling us to do so. When arriving it was very frustrating not knowing where to leave my car while checking in and trying to find the truck.

NICOLE CUhaul corporate is terrible customer service. They did not send me the truck details, hence I could not get my truck on time and resulted in paying extra money to the movers as they had to wait. I called customer service waited for more thelan 20minutes and still no body there to help. Very poor instructions for picking up truck.
