The entrance to the lot is confusing- big sign on Lowry is where you’d assume you would turn but it’s on the next corner. The reservation was in order, the office receptionist was pleasant and efficient, drop off was easy. Good experience.

The rep was great in getting us a truck & info in a timely manner and was also friendly.

The ladies here were very nice and accommodating. It was a lot less than I thought it would cost. Truck was clean. Checking it out and the return process was very quick. The owner was on site both times and explained things very well. They also offered me coffee and cookies both times. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!!

I rented a van from Acorn and U-Haul and was unable to get more than six blocks away from the building due to the vans inability to drive in the snow or even on a flat surface!! I got stuck 3 times in 6 blocks. When I return the van and told them it wouldn't work they charged me are you kidding me! The lady couldn't even park the van in the parking lot and stated yeah that things no good in the snow! Then why rent it to me?

I reserved a truck for 10:00am on a Saturday. I got there at 10:00. I was told there were two reservations for the same type of truck at 10:00, but only one was available. The specific truck that was "reserved for me" was the "available" one. I would have been very upset if I was told that the truck for me was not available, even though there was a functioning truck available and the other person hadn't shown up to get their truck. Imagine if you had a dinner reservation for 8:00pm. You show up at 8:00, get told that there are two 8:00 reservations but only one table available. I bet you'd be upset if they didn't give you the available table because that one was specified for the party that hadn't shown up yet. I didn't rent a specific truck. I reserved a functioning truck. I showed up on time, before the person with the other reservation. Denying me the one functioning truck because it was reserved for the other person (who was not there yet) would've been ridiculous. Get it together!

The van itself was clean, but the tires were terrible, the van had a hard time driving over the tiniest bit of snow. However, customer service was great. Tracy was AMAZING, she really made my day. This was my first U-Haul experience and she made sure I understood everything clearly and had a really great attitude in general.

I asked if the lady at the front desk need my reservation number, she said no she just needed a name. I told her my name, which is in another language and hard to understand how it was spelled out. So I spelled it out for her. I don't know what part confused her but she some how thought that wasn't my name, she started back at me and told me she just needed a name. I don't think I have a heavy ascent AT ALL. I repeated my name again, and I spelled it out for her again, she still did not understand, util my boyfriend, American spelled it exactly the same way for her, then she looked at him and said : thank you, sir. She told me that oh XXX that was your name? She pronounced it completely wrong, if I just pronounced it for her she will never be bale to find my name! I don't know if she just judges me because I am young or I have a ever slightly ascent. Never felt so offended in my life... Go to some other locations for your U-HAUL. The truck was great but the service at this location is horrible and disrespectful.

Nothing. Customer service was excellent! Tracy had the truck warmed up for me because it was a cold morning. I was greeted right away by both women in the office (including Tracy) as soon as we walked through the door on the return. Awesome service.

The only problem I had was the with the drivers side mirror. I couldn't adjust it. I used the bottom mirror which was fine once I got used to it. The girls that helped us at the office were wonderful! Wish everyone that worked with the public were as kind & fun as they were. Couldn't believe how fast they did the paper work! I definitely would rent from here again.

It would be a lot easier to rent the truck if the keys were available in the box that I went to ever following the instructions. After calling the number provided that was supposed to have a representative available 24/7, they did not answer. I ended up having to call the 1-800 number who then had to call the area's head manager at his home after none of the regional managers answered. At the end of the day, no truck.

Mostly, a storage facility. Small vehicle inventory. My vehicle was about a half an hour late, but previous renter had a death in the family which complicated things.

They forgot my equipment in the rental--including furniture pads and a dolly. However, when I returned the truck and they called me asking where they were-- I explained the situation and they did not charge me for it.

Customer service gave me the wrong a drop off location then didn't check my truck that I dropped off Friday evening in till Tuesday afternoon turning the $29 rental into a $299 problem I will never rent a truck from you ever again

The uhaul website was going through updates so it was a really slow process to check in. I even pre-checked in online but the computers weren’t working. It would be smart for Uhaul to update their website during the middle of the month instead of beginning/end of month when most people are renting trucks. Very inconvenient.

Overall, I was really happy with the Uhaul, the price, the location, etc. However, I returned it on Saturday with a full tank after hours and received a call on Sunday morning from a man working that morning demanding to know why the tank was not filled. I insisted that the tank was filled over and over again, and he kept stating that I would be charged if I didn't immediately go to that location and show proof of a receipt. I stated that I did not live in the area but he still insisted. I asked if I could email and again he pushed back. I asked him one last time if he could please go out and turn on the car once more to confirm and he said "I guess but I have done this a few times in my life and the tank is half-full (please note I only drove 50ish miles so I wouldn't have been able to use a half of a tank but that's besides the point)." Long story short, he called back and stated the tank was full. I asked for an apology and he apologized but was still not very pleasant to me. The entire experience was very unsettling.

Apparently a 9' van isn't meant to be sent one way, which the attendant wasn't aware of. I therefore got a van, and found out after the fact. That was good for me, in the end.

Your website confirmed my reservation for 8am. This location does not even open up till 930am. I did not get a truck untill 1030.

I used after hours drop off. There were no instructions where to leave the trailer. The only obvious spot was on a sloped parking space. The trailer was rolling down the hill. I had to find a rock to block the tires. Better after hour instructions are needed.

Employees were friendly and helpful. Offices were open for business at the stated times. Van wasxclean and operated well. A suggestion...customers should be made aware of the trailer/load function and mpg meter at point of origin.

Truck and dolly worked just fine. Bringing the truck back with self- check-in was easy, as usual with U-Haul. Below average rating is for waiting 15 minutes at the pickup location for someone to show up to the office.
