Literally i forgot a single sheet of paper on the back of the truck and they charged me 25$ just for a simple sheet of paper come on!!!! The said we has to clean the truck!!! Clean whaaaat a sheet of paper!!! Hope they close this place they are robbing us!!!

I forgot to do the online return when I dropped off the truck so I called the following business day to ensure the truck was checked in. I was advised it was indeed checked in and I should be receiving a receipt from Uhaul of the final charges. The following day I had not received the email and the pending charges to my bank account disappeared as if I didn't pay. So I called back and was told everything was fine on their end and to reach out to Uhaul directly. When I reached out to Uhaul they couldn't give me much information other than my contract was on hold but they didn't know why. So I was placed on hold so they could reach out to the locations manager. I was then told that the location manager didn't answer but they left a voicemail for them to call me back to discuss why my contract was on hold. Approximately 5 minutes later I received the receipt via email but never a call or any communication on why my contract was on hold. The following business day my account was charged appropriately. Poor customer service by the manager. I don't understand why my contract was on hold. Had I not called to inquire why knows how long this could have dragged out.

Charged me for more than double my mileage. I don't think they keep very good record of what they rent out. Lady that rented it was alright, but seemed a lil bothered. Maybe have your service rep walk out and inspect the vehicle before customer takes possession?

Truck needed cleaned/swept out badly!! Much of my stuff for extremely dirty. Some dirt is expected, but most of my stuff was coated in dirt and dust and crud straight from the truck. Also, there was no one at the trailer pickup location and they would not answer the phone at the number on file at all

They tried to change the amount of days for rental when picking the equipment up. When the equipment was rented/order was placed, it stated 2 days. When the equipment was returned, it stated 1 day and that they would charge an extra day.

The drop off location was ok however found the belt, stair wheel on the appliace cart broke. Not a big deal, google the drop off location and call to swap out for a different unit. Google showed the location open however there was no answer and the mail box was full. Overall not a big deal just frustrating with no answer.

Truck's gas tank was empty when we picked it up… We also ordered blankets and a dolly, but these were not provided because the location didn't have any. We got refunded, but it caused a huge inconvenience and my furniture got scratched since we didn't have blankets.

The ACL rental company themselves were really great! This was my first time ever renting a U-Haul. I really should have picked up the truck while ACL was in the office because the after hours check in online was a absolute nightmare. Online forms that would error out, I had to call the 24/7 line a couple of times because the online forms would not let me go on because of some kind of error. The 24/7 line eventually just resorted to asking me the questions over phone about an hour past when my pick up time was supposed to be. Finally getting the truck almost an hour past pick up time caused stress and anxiety for the rest of the evening. Since I was finally getting the truck almost an hour past my pickup time, I was almost an hour late to meet the guy I was picking stuff up from. I was an almost an hour late to the drop off location of where I was dropping this stuff off. Just stress and anxiety from start to finish. I bet ACL is a great company and are very helpful. This is just my rating for U-Haul as a whole.

U-Haul the company can get their website to work when returning a vehicle during off hours. I couldn't return the vehicle using your website. Had to leave my paper copy in the box. The location I picked my U-Haul up from was most excellent!! The staff was outstanding!!

Absolutely nothing at all because it was Great Customer service all around. Making the reservation was easy along with pick up and drop off. Oh my God the Customer service was so Warm and advised the best options for my rental needs. Very Professional and Great attitude all in one. I should not have returned the call from this site regarding my reservation. The end result was a confusing exchange that resulted in a higher charge, even though nothing had changed. The return process is more complicated than necessary, and I received no reply to my legitimate question about an additional charge. This is the company's fault, not the site's, but this is the communication avenue that U-Haul provides. In short--the company should be clear with customers that it will overcharge them at every opportunity, that it will require them to search for documentation of all charges, and that the return process will be more complicated than packing the truck. Finally, the note on this page: "Your comments will be posted for public viewing. No ingreses información personal. If you need a response from us, please use our contact form," and the link provided, do not lead to a "contact form." I have had some good experiences with U-Haul. This wasn't one of them.

The U-Haul website had conflicting information. I was supposed to do the mobile pickup at 7am but when I got there and clicked the link the site said I had to wait until 9 to do it in person. It was a stressful start to a hard day and I should have been offered a discount but I wasn't. I wasn't even offered an apology for all the inconveniences.

I was told the rental was good for 24 hours. Used the truck less than 6 hours and returned same day. Was charged for 2 days. Cleaning fee was charged even though we only hauled a few items (none were dirty) and 2 of us swept the truck out afterward anyway. Rental lady argued that she had to clean up a mess, which was a total lie. Her regional manager is supposedly taking extra charges off, but this was ridiculous to have to deal with. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

They unjustly charged me a cleaning fee. The truck was not dirty in any way - it was in the exact condition that it was rented in. Tried to call and talk to location and they were rude, wouldn't listen and lied that corporate made them charge it. I think they charged it because I dropped it off at night and could because I wasn't there to dispute.

Rent it @ bring it back on time, so glad you had a truck for us so we could get our moving done and fast and bring the U haul back for others to rent no reason to keep it for 5hrs when the job is completed!!!! Thanks again for letting us rent it and reserving the truck for us
