I was detoured off the Eastsound location while in the midst of moving and had to make reservations on a ferry unnecessarily after reserving a UHaul a month in advance. Then when I got to MV, we could not locate the attendant, but once we did she was very pleasant. Overall my experience with UHaul was horrible. i will look elsewhere next time I need moving help. Had to have one tire replaced after I picked up the trailer. Before I left on my trip. Then on the way to my destination, another tire blew out as well. I brought my own spare just in case. And had to swap it out on my way.Carlos P.

This rental agent at the location was very nice and helpful. She was washing out the truck when we arrived due to an odor she said was there. The truck had an old urine smell in the back of it. The drivers area were dirty and could have used a Lysol wipe down. The truck was pretty rickety and seemed outdated. We used it though because we needed a 26ft truck. Our truck reservations had been changed 4x's and on the day of the move an hr before pick up, the truck had not been returned by another customer so this was the location we got. We had already paid for movers so we were stuck. And had to pay $80 in gas because when we arrived it was on empty. And we had to drive it back to 23 miles each both ways. Not to mention the gas we used in our own vehicle to get to and from..... It was a VERY frustrating experience with Uhaul. Lorraine B.

I had a problem with the online return of the vehicle. They system kept kicking me out. After 4 tries, I gave up and wrote a note on the contract and dropped it with the key. The on-site staff person was very helpful in all my interactions with them. Just had problems with the technology!Jo W.

Kim was spectacular. My original pick up was to be in another town. She called me two days ahead of time to let me know I would have to drive 25 miles to get my trailer which allowed me time to prepare. When I arrived, she greeted me while helping the people returning their trailer. We went inside and paperwork was done expeditiously. Went outside and she hooked up trailer before I had the contract in the glove box. You should video tape her in action and use as a training video for all employees.Charles L.

There isn't room in this review but I wanted to say the people on phone for Uhaul were very nice to me. Uhaul did not have truck I rented at LAST minute. People On phone tried hard to help me. They helped again when no dolly. Over all each time I called they were on top of it. You need to add them in your review. I was unhappy not getting truck I ordered and dirty blankets. Wipers blades on truck were HORRIBLE made lots of noise. Need new blades. Over all it worked out. Thank you. Very expensive truck to rent.Acacia K.

I picked up a truck that had to be returned by 5 pm. The sign said they closed at 5:30. Another customer came too. I tried calling the number. I just saw a text message that i needed to check truck before I leave and how to check the truck back in. I couldn't figure out how to check the truck in. I had to call customer service. My car got hit in the parking lot sometime while it was in your parking lot. I had an out of town funeral and just got back. I have not been able to talk to anyone as I have been driving the past couple of days. Do you have cameras at the location? I'm not calling my insurance. I paid insurance on the truck I rented from you. I hope my car is covered in your parking lotPenny L.
