Aurther GI would never ever go to this location ever again. Got charged for 3 gallons of gas for almost $15. How could I even use 3 gallons of gas when I drove a total of TWELVE MILES.... What a crook. I'm going to go online and leave negative reviews of my experience. Owner was rude when I picked up the truck and the cell service at the location was so bad I couldn't use the app to return the truck.

Toni Twe went to the one on Chestnut (its right down the street from where we were) on sat night and saw a note that said "be back in 15 mins". when we went back in 20 mins, the store had closed. this was before the posted time to close and the note was still in the door. so on sun morning we went back around 1030 and the store was closed AND the note was still in the door!! THIS is why we went to the W Broadway store. we were very happy with the W Broadway store as the gentleman was very accomodating helpful! what you can do to improve for the next customer?? get better help for the Chestnut St store. we had to drive accross town for a truck when there was a store in walking distance from us.

Robert HAlignment and transmission were not good on this truck. Probably the worst UHaul truck that I have ever rented. Rental process was excellent all the way through. Mobile drop off did not work but was able to use online drop off via internet.
Tod HHorrible for mobile check ins. Service is almost non existent. Requested a dolly and none was given and it was an after hours rental. Did find a dolly in an overhead storage area but it kind if seemed off limits. Customer service was extremely helpful

Nancy LI got charge more than I agreed and the gas garage and the van wasn’t working properly so I put a quarter of a tank more and I was promised that you will follow up with this on a cold many times, and no one answered and I left voicemails and sent an email and still no response.

Jennifer MMany app and web site problems. Had U-Haul 24/7 on the phone (after a 5 min wait) and they helped but finally had to use a 2nd phone. First phone would not locate site and I could not proceed with return. Return took over 30 minutes total - too long.

Kathleen WIt was disconcerting that the check-engine light came on at about 65 miles into our trip. We had only about 20 miles left, so we ignored it. When returning the vehicle, the U-Haul app did not load (we tried to access through the app and through various browsers), so we were unable to follow whatever instructions we would have been given. Very frustrating, but not related to this pickup/return location.

Marigene CThe key retrieval system total sucks after 2 calls and 40 mins I manage to get my key to truck as I watch another couple drive away frustrated because tgey wete unable to retrieve key ! Week before I move some stuff for a couple because tgey as well could not retrieve key systems stinks

Shirley CWhile other reviewers complain about the owner as being rude, in my opinion as business person myself, I can tell he has strict rules because he’s been burned before. He’s not rude he’s just an intimidating looking man at over 6’5 and has a no-nonsense attitude. Just listen take notes and if you don’t understand something ask. The truck was ready for us, I selected self register method on my phone but it kept freezing so he easily registered it for us. I estimated 30 miles and only used 25 miles and was reimbursed the difference on the final payment. I would definitely use his rentals again and would encourage others to do so.

Waren FNot open. No cell service or Wi-Fi. Spent an hour on the phone with uhaul before I was finally able to get the key box code. This place is horrible. My reservation was at 4 arrived at 3:45 and finally got a truck after 5. Never recommend this place ever!!

Dennis BEverything was good except for the fact that ice was not removed from the top of the truck prior to our rental. On the highway, sheets of ice were flying off the top into the traffic. It is amazing that noone behind us got hurt.

William DThey charged me the gas fee plus a ridiculous amount for gas when I returned the truck with the exact amount of gas that I received it in. I will NEVER rent from uhaul again and I use to rent them all the time for work.
Brianna JThe connection to the UHaul web address was very slow and I wasn't sure that I had completed the return transaction after I selected the location as it didn't go any further. There was no "Finish" button or message saying thank you for your submission. Other than that it was an easy process.
Louis RAn easier method to check vehicle back in. Arrived at location prior to return time. Thought the process had gone through on my phone only to be charged a late fee.

RANDALL CI am a cash customer. I don't use credit cards. I had to put down the entire payment in cash upfront, about $700. I did not expect that and it created difficulties for me, although I eventually did it. Those difficulties made me late and adversely affected my schedule. Your records show that I am a repeat customer so I would think the guy could have accepted the $500 in cash (which was all I had on me initially) to allow me to rent the truck, with me paying the rest when I returned the truck.
