Made reservation for 9:00 am. Had called shop 5 days earlier to confirm reservation, no one at actual location. They said they would look for my reservation and be there. At reservation time, no one at location, I called again, and owner showed up half hour later. Said he didn't open until 10:00! Location is very ramshackle, office filthy, and generally indifferent attention. Would not recommend to anyone else. My rental vehicle was ok and my experience at other end was fine.RICK M.

Telephone staff help was quick and courteous in locating an alternative pick-up site when original couldn't get the vehicle I'd reserved. So was Mr. Abe Younes at the actual pick-up site. He was helpful in exiting the rather tight parking space.Prof David A R.

I was charged for equipment that was not left in the uhaul. The guy at the shop closed up and left before I could even ask. Would like a refund it was $5Adrianne P.
My reservation was at 10:00 a.m. I got dropped off by an uber at the site. There was nobody there when i arrived. called all 5 of the different phone numbers listed on the front of the building, no answers. waited an hour, still no show. Called u-hall. they were able to get me a truck from another location. had to get another uber to take me to the new location. it was fine after that. 2 hours of my life and an additional $15 for the uber that i won't get back.EDWARD W.

Make sure trucks are available at requested time. Originally was supposed to have this rental on Friday, 8/27. However, upon arriving to the lot, I was unable to check into my reservation, could not contact the U-Haul corporate number or the location. It wasn't the location that was the problem. It's the company itself. I ended up having to pay twice as much for half the size uhaul and drive 4 extra hours because they called me the day before my scheduled â€œguaranteedâ€ pickup and said they had to cancel it. They are supposed to pay the $50 fee to me, but what's that compared to the extra $150 I ended up paying, the extra 4 hours of driving, and the unbelievable amount of stress!!! And when I tried to talk to someone about possibly getting a break on the mileage rate I just got bounced around to different people for an hour and told it's not a corporate issue, it's the location decision. Then they say it's corporate. Just a waste of time and a hot mess!â€¦and still no results. No compassion or understanding for their customer's situation at all. Very disappointed.maria S.

This location was amazing! The guy who works here was working very hard to service all the customers. No issues at all with the location or equipment. BIG COMPLAINT is the U-Haul app / mobile pickup. This didn't work at all, and I ended up having to wait 45 minutes for pickup approval through the app. The guy at the shop ended up having to manually process my rental because the mobile pickup was taking so long.Matthew S.

Truck was not on lot upon arrival and took over an hour to arrive. Also did not have furniture dolly I requested. Was given free add-ons and extra miles, which helped, but should have covered some of the cost of the truck as well. Was not conveniently located relative to my residence/requested pick-up location, so getting there was a hassle (which, I recognize, is Uhaul's fault rather than Abe's).Nathaniel R.

After returning the truck, we were billed for driving an extra 20 miles. I discovered that the allowed miles in the contract did not accurately reflect the minimum mileage needed to complete this move. U-Haul customer service has refused to address this or refund us for the extra miles. This experience has been frustrating, and I will not be renting from U-Haul again.Martin J.

The man helping me, Abe, was tremendous. The issue is that the website did not instruct me to pick a drop off location or put in a destination address. So we were figuring that out on the fly, and he had to make a couple of calls. Again, the pick up location and Abe himself get a 10 out of 10. In my case it did not negatively impact my ability to load the truck since I did not have much furniture to move, but the dolly I had paid an additional amount for initially was not available when I picked up the truck. I was easily and quickly refunded for the applied amount of the dolly but if I had been depending on having it, it would have resulted in difficulty.KRYSTAL C.

So Uhaul sends a link for you to open and confirm the trucks condition before leaving the pickup location. The person did not tell me this and so I did not see the link until after I had left the property and the link expired. Make sure you open the link and complete the inspection before you leave.JARED H.
The app is shit. I ended up having to call anyway. When I dropped off the truck, almost before I even got stopped the guy had the back open and was talking out the dolly. He said just leave the keys in the door even though I hadn't even started the return process. Nasty pushy man.Thomas R.

Per previous comments, drop-off man was understandably confused at return of truck w/empty tank. He mentioned that now someone would have to pay to fill the tank. I was sorry he was caught in the middle of the misunderstanding. On my end I explained what I was told and he had to admit it wasn't really my fault.Chris H.

This location had very little space for parking, and there were 3 UHauls (myself included) trying to drop off their trucks at the same time. It was stressful trying to figure out where to park in such a way that the next drivers would be able to get the truck out without too much trouble. The dropbox for keys was easily accessible, though, which I appreciated. One comment about the dropoff process, though - the UHaul app is very buggy. It glitched out and crashed on me THREE times before I was finally able to successfully complete the process. I can only imagine how panicked I'd feel if I hadn't finally been able to submit the truck return information on my fourth try. I definitely would not feel comfortable renting from UHaul again with the number of bugs I identified in the app - unless you can directly interact with people for pickup/return, you're likely to have a bad experience.Ashley G.

I would NOT recommend people use the Uhaul app or express check in. I stood in the cold for 25 minutes trying to get it to work. Luckily the owner showed up to his business early and was able to help me.Brianna M.

I NEVER used pads but was charged $20 for them, I used a dolly for $10- I was WAY overcharged! I counted me miles and gas and was owed money, but now its saying I owe Uhaul- I want a review. I returned equipment on line and still have my receipts I'm owed money not owe uhaul!Marlena A.
We used this location because it was very close to where we moved to in Ohio. The person told me to just drop the key in the chair and "I was good to go". No receipt (until prompted to provide one) was offered. We were tired and chose convenience over quality. The guy was nice enough, but I wouldn't go back.Noelle D.
