Van seems faulty for as really didn’t want to accelerate, driver mirror kept coming down so it was hard to switch lanes and it was dirty and pricy. A discount would be great because we did report this

The cargo area had not been swept: there was cereal, candy wrappers,and what appeared to be sand.There was no doilly to move the furniture,blankets,etc. The was debris behind the driver's seat(card board box,crayons,ink pen,a man's cap) .Tried to get the young lady to come out and see but she said that she did not work for uhaul and they would notify me if the was a problem. I mostly concerned myself with the damage that was present so I would not be blamed or charged. Took pictures.Hopefully I have covered everything and thereby covered myself.

The Uhaul agent informed me that a hold would be placed on my charge catd for a 2day rental. I informed him that I only needed the truck for one day. He replied that the drop-off location would process the charge based on the number of days that I rented it. That was not the case. The pick up location in fact charged me for two days rental which I was not aware of until I dropped the truck off the next day at the drop-off site. I filed a complaint with Uhaul and it was referred to the drop-off site regional manager. The Uhaul drop off site regional complaint department manager informed me that the charge for 2 days would remain because that is the number of days that the pick up locale put in my contract rental. The drop off regional supervisor stated that although I had been misinformed by the pick up agent, Uhaul would still charge me for 2-days instead of the 1-day that I actually rented the truck and that I had no other recourse.

The so called manager was very unprofessional. She had customers waiting outside while she took her time to clean out the moving trucks! I called the location several times and she nonchalantly came to the office after about 5 mintues. This location is a joke and very unorganized. Hire more help and get rid of the jail glass. Lastly if your workers smoke maybe they should not smoke as much because she smelled like a tobacco shop.

The dolly that I was charged for had a flat wheel so I could not use it. The furniture pads that I was charged for was not put in the truck. I would like a refund for those items and discount due to the inconvenience.

We were Charged for 2 days, even though our truck was back by the time we said it would be. We rented at 12pm and returned the truck later that night like we told the lady. She told us they would be closed at 4 so when we were to return the truck at 7 to drop the keys into the door, and we did such.

They lady who helped me was more than helpful.. she made sure everything was good An did it with question.. I even asked her to step inside the trUck to get an idea of the height..! I would recommend this location to anyone.! I swear she went above and beyond.. I felt like a valued customer..I wish I remembered her name she was tall 6ft female light skin with her hair in a pony tail..!! I almost offered her a job if my job was hiring we would love to have someone who is people friendly An make sure u feel valued..!

The cashier informed me that there was no more dollys to use because they were all stolen out of the trucks. Also there were no cloths to cover my glass n truck.this prolonged my moving experience.

Don't try and have customers sign paperwork before they check out mileage and condition of truck rented! No doll's available at sight, even when reservation papers had noted a dolly was needed. Insurance rate given appeared to be higher than the other uhaul 3 trucks I rented this year!?

My original pick up location was much closer to my home than this one was. I was originally given 188 miles allowance. I was told that 30 miles was added to my allowance, which would have brought it to 218 miles. I went 205 miles. I WAS CHARGED BY UHAUL AN ADDITIONAL 17 MILES OVER, YET I WAS UNDER THE 218! WHY? What happened to my 30 miles additional??

The uhaul was already dirty when we picked it up but we were told if we didn't sweep we would be charged. And the gas tank was not fully filled but that was what we were expected to bring it back on.

I went to U haul this morning and didn't check the mileage on the truck before I left, when I returned the store said I drove over 200 miles and charged my card for it. The girl that was working agreed with me and I showed her the gas receipt from the gas station next door to them to prove how much I put in gas to return it where it was when I rented. The manager came into the store and said sorry and sent me on my way, I am the Store Manager across the street at Cabinet To Go in Norfolk, VA I send customers over there all the time to rent trucks and vans to pick up their kitchen cabinets I will NEVER send another customer there and am very upset with the way this business transaction was handled.

No clear place to park. I came in early to inquire about storage and informed them that I would bring it back the next afternoon BEFORE I would be charged for the extra day. I was never informed that it had to be returned at the time I rented it. Representative called to say that I owe money, but didn't state who she was and why she called. Then she accused me of littering... Horrible customer service overall.

The truck I rented clearly needed maintenance to it's tire pressure system. There was an error message, a tire pressure light and an engine light. I pointed this out to the woman and she dismissed it and stated that they were fully aware of all of the messages and it was fine. The truck was very clean and drove well.

I love this location the Manager Ronnette always greets you with a smile. She makes sure you understand where the miles is when you leave and the fuel that it should be returned at. It is refreshing to be greeted by someone with such a pleasant attitude!
