Get them some supplies and equipment! These are outstanding folks who are clearly losing out on business because the company can't get its shit together. They bent over backwards to accommodate me and meet my needs. I highly recommend them as a location but clearly something needs to change at the company to get them what they need for success.Melinda M.

They charged me an extra fee for gas even though I showed him a picture of the gas gage. He blamed the pick up location for not marking the right amount of gas in the paperwork. They wouldn't credit my account even seeing I put more gas in than the vehicle had when I picked it up.Joe A.

The truck was not clean, I had to clean it. With Covid, the equipment should always be clean. The truck has something mechanically wrong with it. It shook/vibrated the entire ride. We could not go over 45 without shaking. It was horrible from start to finish. That truck is dangerous.ANGEL P.

trouble with the lights flickering on and off on trailer. When i took it back 3 hours to complain about the light and the representative checked it with his truck and they worked. So i hooked it to my truck and they worked for short periods of time. I got tired of messing with it so i just returned it without even getting a chance to use it. It was only pulled for 2 miles at most. This was a big headache for me!Randy S.

Returned vehicle with proper fuel level, swept clean and did not use the moving blankets. The sign in the truck said "save $25". These facts were mentioned but there was no inspection or no real acknowledgement or a printed receipt. Guess I'll wait to see final charges on my credit card statement. When the trailer was rented online there was no mention that it was an â€œin town trailer onlyâ€ but we were informed of it upon pickup. The tires were not in the best of shape and the rims on one side were a bit sketchy. We were charged $20 because we parked it in the space next to where we picked it up and not in the space but upon pick up we were not informed of this. We won't use this place ever again. We felt scammed and taken advantage of. We didn't make a fuss but I am going to let Uhaul know as it is a direct reflection on them.Rudy N.

The staff was very nice and helped carry the extra rental equipment. The van was not clean, the windows were dirty, and it smelled like smoke in the cab. The van ran well for the long trip but I had to do a lot of cleaning on the inside before traveling.Dustin B.

I was given no customer service. I've rented uhaul trailers and trucks across the country. But at this uhaul, when I asked for accommodations that are not available to select online but are available at the facility. I was told that I could request a certain type of trailer. That's a lie, I've done that at several uhaul locations. I've even been told that's a simple request as long as requested product is available. The requested trailer was available but I was told I still couldn't. That was the beginning to my worst uhaul experience. Without being allowed to change trailer door opening option, many items I packed away were ruin and had to be thrown in trash. Thanks uhaul. And when I called to make a statement on the service I was given I was treated as if it wasn't important. Then called to have day's extended and was then charged to extend without even being offered some courtesy for the poor customer service I received in Kansas and over the phone.
