I wish there was a no-stars option. I was overcharged for a van. I reserved the van for two hours, with no equipment, and with the gas the same as I received it. I drove 35 miles in total. The owner charged me 1.29/miles. This is unacceptable. My total charge should have been around $57, and he charged me $71. YoTina S.

Office was a mess and you had to step over multiple piles of junk on the floor to get anywhere. There is no parking for customers. The trucks/trailers were all crammed in and it was a car ballet to move everyone's personal vehicles and U-Hauls to get the trucks out to the customers.Jeff T.

It was really hard to pull in. There are a bunch of old cars and lots of trash all over. The office was a mess. The truck itself was not clean inside or out.Patricia T.

AR Wireless staff was very friendly and check in was very easy. The location was nice but a little bit of a tight squeeze getting the truck up/down the hill/corner but it was ok. When I returned the truck without anyone in the store, gave the guy a call and he asked me to use the drop box for the key which was convenient. He even let us use the dolly that was already in the back of the truck My complaint is with Uhaul in general. When I made my reservation on the site (which was pretty easy and straight forward), I was never notified that my location changed. I found out when I logged into my account and noticed the location changed. Once I went to the new location, there were no trucks on the lot and the guy stated that Uhaul removed the truck the week prior with no notice to me at all. He gave me the customer service number, called it and the rep found a new location for me to pick up the truck. which added 12 miles to my round trip, which in the grand scheme of things, it is only $6 more but its the principle of it that I was never notified of the changes in locations. When I made the reservation, the email stated that I would be contact at least 7-10 days prior to my pick up to confirm location and equipment and that never happened. I rate AR Wireless Location Above Average and Uhaul as a whole as Below Average because of their inability to notifiy customers. Note: I will use them again in the future if the need arises. Penske rentals are $150 compared to $30/day for Uhaul.Mike M.

I arrived to the location and no one was there (2:30PM). When I called the number on the door, I was told to wait 5 minutes for someone to arrive. However, the person didn't arrive until about 15 to 20 minutes later, which was not good for me because I had someone waiting for me as I was picking up furniture. Additionally, I had done the mobile check out in order to expedite the pick up. On top of that, I was given a vehicle that did not have gasoline, and with all the "scare" about gasoline due to the hackers on the pipeline, I went to the gas station soon after picking up the vehicle and had to wait 25 minutes at the gas station as there was a long line of people, now I'm late to my destination almost an hour because all this. I put in $30 of gas to be sure I had enough, and ended up returning the vehicle with a lot more gasoline than I picked it up with, over a 1/4 of a tank versus empty I got it with. Very disappointed and this should not happen to anyone. Shame on you U-Haul, and I will definitely remember this next time I need a rental, might be better off going to Home Depot and using one of their vehicles.Jorge R.

The store employee barely spoke to me and told me not to worry when I asked why he mentioned my card on file if I had paid and checked in online. When I left the store I had a hunch to check my account and turned out was charged for insurance after declining and charged for 2 days instead of 1. I called Uhaul's main line for those details. I also called the store the next day and was told it was just a hold and they would remove the overages. I'm still waiting to see if that was true or not.Caroline D.

I was given a truck that was damaged- it had a large hole in top upper corner of back of truck where all my belongings were- we had to spend our time and money to makeshift repair since heavy rain was in he forecast. The truck's gas light came on 2miles out, and it leaked oil the entire trip. The location did not have the dolly I had reserved a month ahead of time.
