2 different working hours were posted at the business and nobody was there for neither.

Jesus NWe filled the gas tank to where it was when we received the vehicle, yet they still charged us $15. They refused to refund us the overcharge.
Joshua GI initially had placed an order for a 20 foot truck, a 2wheel dolly, 36 blankets, and two 4wheeled furniture dollies. I did not receive the two furniture dollies as requested. I placed the phone call to customer service that morning. I had to go purchase my own dollies as we had to get out of town prior to Uhaul opening. I spoke with somebody over the weekend and I've yet to hear back about reimbursement. I was told they would get back with me within 24 hours.
David MThis drop off location appears to be a side-gig for a one-man show running a separate unrelated business. Though the guy was nice and helpful, he evidently didn't log in that I'd returned the trailer (which was on a Thursday morning) until 4 days later (Monday morning) when I called him to verify. This resulted in an erroneous billing for "extra days" even though he indicated "0" extra days when he finally logged the trailer as having been returned. After disputing the extra billing, it appears U-Haul is making it right by crediting my account. We'll see....
Brad CThe app did not work and I had to call to do my check-in. Thirty minutes almost from beginning to end as A1 Vinyl doesn't open until 10:30.
Eric KI tried to use the app to return truck. App wasn't working properly. Thank goodness there was someone there. He was very helpful. He even tried to check in the truck on his phone and it still wasn't working properly. So he went ahead and checked the truck in a different way. Thank goodness he was there.
Beatrice YThe car trailer was covered with mud. Most likely from the last guy who rented it.i took it anyway because I was on a schedule. Might ask the proprietor to hose stuff off when they come in dirty ?

Nora MThe 10ft truck was the only 10ft truck available and the car tow equipment was already attached to it. The truck was dirty and had a dried up spilled soda and sauces with sauce packaging scattered in the truck. The cleanliness standard was not acceptable.
Syamil MThe App made it difficult to rent, and the store was closed, even during business hours. I returned the truck around 10:30 AM on Saturday morning. The office hours show the store should be open at 9. No one was there. The U-Haul App allowed me to record the mileage, but it froze up during the picture upload process. I waited for it to unfreeze, then clicked the link to report a problem. The App then showed me 5 steps that I followed, which included parking the truck and putting the keys in the drop box. I did that, then called U-Haul customer service to report that I had returned the truck. I'm not using the App again.
Bradley JWhen I checked in for my 10' truck reservation, the man told me he accidentally rented my truck to someone else, so he would give me the 15' truck for the same price as a 10". I stood there and waited for him to apply the discount for 30 minutes. He could not get the discount to apply to the computer. I told him I had to go, due to movers waiting on me. Since I didn't prepay the movers, they told me if I wasn't there in 5 minutes they would have to leave. He told me he had to get the info into the computer before he gave me the keys, but it was taking so long, he finally let me leave. When I got to my destination, the movers had left and I had to spend 1 hour trying to find new movers, which cost me more and messed up the whole timing of my day. The truck was dirty and had coffee spilled all over it. The driver-side door did not close easily and I had to get a man's strength to fully close it every time I opened it. I would like to get the $50 guarantee discount on this reservation since I didn't get what I reserved and for having to wait there so long. I never wanted a 15' truck in the first place. It is too hard for me to drive.

Amanda WThe 800 number and the person you deal with have no idea what one and the other is doing. I was charged 274 by the guy in Tulsa and 64 and 47 by the 800 number. I had to extend my truck rental because the closing didn't happen when it was supposed to. I was told by one person on the 800 number I couldn't do it then was told by another I couldn't . I'm sure putting the guy in Tulsa in a situation that was bad for him. Either way it was a pretty bad experience overall. They were not on the same page and it was confusing. Don't see myself using these guys ever again. Sad to say.

Austin SThere was no one at the location at my designated time for pick up. I had to hitch the trailer myself (it is very heavy) and then after speaking with a uhaul representation, drive to another location to have it inspected. Plus the inside of the trailer was not clean and I had to sweep it out before using it. Also, the location was closed when I dropped it off, so again no one to help unhitch.
Amy MIt was very good experience but little thinks need to be considered like the foldable fender was kinda damaged and hard to open/close. Also the ratchet strap mechanism was so rusty and need some lube. Other than that it was awesome.
