I tried to use the app to return truck. App wasn't working properly. Thank goodness there was someone there. He was very helpful. He even tried to check in the truck on his phone and it still wasn't working properly. So he went ahead and checked the truck in a different way. Thank goodness he was there.

The car trailer was covered with mud. Most likely from the last guy who rented it.i took it anyway because I was on a schedule. Might ask the proprietor to hose stuff off when they come in dirty ?

The 10ft truck was the only 10ft truck available and the car tow equipment was already attached to it. The truck was dirty and had a dried up spilled soda and sauces with sauce packaging scattered in the truck. The cleanliness standard was not acceptable.

The App made it difficult to rent, and the store was closed, even during business hours. I returned the truck around 10:30 AM on Saturday morning. The office hours show the store should be open at 9. No one was there. The U-Haul App allowed me to record the mileage, but it froze up during the picture upload process. I waited for it to unfreeze, then clicked the link to report a problem. The App then showed me 5 steps that I followed, which included parking the truck and putting the keys in the drop box. I did that, then called U-Haul customer service to report that I had returned the truck. I'm not using the App again.

When I checked in for my 10' truck reservation, the man told me he accidentally rented my truck to someone else, so he would give me the 15' truck for the same price as a 10". I stood there and waited for him to apply the discount for 30 minutes. He could not get the discount to apply to the computer. I told him I had to go, due to movers waiting on me. Since I didn't prepay the movers, they told me if I wasn't there in 5 minutes they would have to leave. He told me he had to get the info into the computer before he gave me the keys, but it was taking so long, he finally let me leave. When I got to my destination, the movers had left and I had to spend 1 hour trying to find new movers, which cost me more and messed up the whole timing of my day. The truck was dirty and had coffee spilled all over it. The driver-side door did not close easily and I had to get a man's strength to fully close it every time I opened it. I would like to get the $50 guarantee discount on this reservation since I didn't get what I reserved and for having to wait there so long. I never wanted a 15' truck in the first place. It is too hard for me to drive.

The 800 number and the person you deal with have no idea what one and the other is doing. I was charged 274 by the guy in Tulsa and 64 and 47 by the 800 number. I had to extend my truck rental because the closing didn’t happen when it was supposed to. I was told by one person on the 800 number I couldn’t do it then was told by another I couldn’t . I’m sure putting the guy in Tulsa in a situation that was bad for him. Either way it was a pretty bad experience overall. They were not on the same page and it was confusing. Don’t see myself using these guys ever again. Sad to say.

The parking lot was cramped and janky looking. The inside was as well. Definitely need to invest in an office upgrade, And a better security system...the man working told us that someone had stolen a truck from there the day before we came and picked up our UHaul. Area felt unsafe.

There was no one at the location at my designated time for pick up. I had to hitch the trailer myself (it is very heavy) and then after speaking with a uhaul representation, drive to another location to have it inspected. Plus the inside of the trailer was not clean and I had to sweep it out before using it. Also, the location was closed when I dropped it off, so again no one to help unhitch.

It was very good experience but little thinks need to be considered like the foldable fender was kinda damaged and hard to open/close. Also the ratchet strap mechanism was so rusty and need some lube. Other than that it was awesome.

You can improve customer service. The U-Haul i rented broke an Axel as I was driving it. Now i know things happen, but having to wait an hour for roadside assistance to just call me back is insane for an emergency like that. Also, U-Haul neglected to tell the tow company what had happened and so a tow truck showed up. Hooked up up and started pulling us then the axel broke more. And we had to wait another 3 1/2 hours for another truck to show up to help with the trailer. After this U-Haul but us up in a pretty crappy motel. There was a nice hotel right across the street we could have been in but no they opted for the $30 a night motel where there was screaming all night going on. The next day I confirmed that the new truck was at the location. It was not and U-Haul proceeded to have me go get the truck. I had no car to drive 10mima away and get it. They should have at least drives me over to get it or called me an Uber to go get it. Once we finally got the truck over to the old one and loaded up the new one. After that not many issues, but I didn't have to pay more in gas because I was using a bigger truck. Overall this was not a good experience. Really things happen it's how you handle them that matter. U-Haul handle this situation very poorly.

After complaining that the dash was not clean we were told the detailers on site would clean it again. There was then a smell of some kind of "new car" type scent so strong we had to put all the windows down. My wife then had me stop at a store where she got lysol wipes and wiped down the dash, seats, doors, and controls. Those wipes were black with dirt, there were several of them, (5) I think, there is a picture posted on the website for this location.

I didn't get the utility dolly I ordered and I had to collect and return it by smart phone. I'm old school - more like a cave women when it comes to technology. I carry a cell that I rarely use. My son bought it for me for emergencies. To get this uhaul I needed my daughters help. It wasn't an easy process but she got it done. It's a useful tool for most but for the tech challenged it's a nightmare. Overall good experience and yes I would recommend this uhaul location.
